About the event:
Cake International - The Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating & Baking Show returns to ExCeL, London for its second year, and promises to be more vibrant, inspiring and irresistible than ever!
You’ll find all the sugarcraft, cake decorating and baking supplies you could ever imagine, plus a variety of features, demonstrations, workshops and displays.
There’s numerous competition classes, plus the opportunity to meet and glean advice from industry experts. You can never have too much cake, so come along and enjoy!

Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes
The buttercream queens will be returning to Cake International after amazing us all with their stunning buttercream creations and irresistible cupcakes last year.
Learn how to master the art of buttercream with the award-winning team Valeri and Christina, who will be all too happy to share their advice and expertise with you.
A Taste of Sugar Mini-Workshops
The perfect way to get you started in sugarcrafting, A Taste of Sugarcraft Workshops are specially designed to help sugarcrafting newcomers and juniors learn cake crafting.
There’ll be the opportunity for you to enjoy a unique hands-on experience making hand modelled cute animal faces and quick wired flowers and foliage with Inspired Creations.
Star Guests
We’re delighted to welcome celebrity bakers and TV personalities Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry to the show, who will be sharing their baking inspirations and renowned culinary skills.
Not only will the famous pair be opening the show, they will be signing show guides, hosting Q&A sessions and taking a slot in The Bakery Theatre to demonstrate their baking prowess.

Want to watch an expert in action? Then don't miss The Bakery Theatre, where top chef Paul Da Costa Greaves will be whipping up some delicious treats in the kitchen, sharing his quick and easy recipes and indulging in a spot of audience participation.
