If you’re 45+ and your CV still reads like a list of everything you were “responsible for”...

You’ve spent 20+ years building experience and then reduced the whole bloody lot to:
“Managed...”
“Responsible for...”
“Supported...”
“Worked with...”
Recruiters already know what someone with your job title is supposed to do
What we DON’T know is what happened because YOU were doing it
What got better?
What got faster?
What made money?
What saved money?
What problem stopped being a problem?
What did people trust YOU with?
That’s the stuff experienced professionals are often terrible at putting on their CV because after years of doing it, it doesn’t feel impressive anymore
It just feels like your job
