Cooking has been like therapy for me recently. I’m still a bit of a noob in the kitchen, but I’m really enjoying learning as I go. Half the time I’m following recipes with my fingers crossed, and the other half I’m improvising and hoping for the best.
Not everything turns out perfectly, but there’s something really satisfying about creating a meal from scratch.
Each dish feels like a small victory,and even my mistakes make for good stories (and sometimes surprisingly tasty accidents)
One part of me lives in my motherland ,where the smells, flavours, and memories of home continue to inspire everything I cook. 😇🇧🇩
