We’re a boutique, full-service film production company created in 2002 by producer and director Nick Franco. People say we’re a bit rock-n-roll, which we like to think means we break down barriers and take creative risks without fear – but we always deliver and we’re always on time.

1185 Films is named after the 1.85:1 widescreen cinema aspect ratio, and our love of the cinematic runs through everything we do, from short-form commercials to feature-length epics. With in-house post-production and VFX, we offer a complete creative package from initial concept to production, delivery and measurement, which we track closely every time so you get a true understanding of ROI.
