This week I started training with the wonderful and I'm climbin' the mountain to a healthier, happier me!
We've changed up my diet to nutritious, balanced meals and I'm working up to three workouts a week with an online fun, cheesy cheer class and a stretch class to keep me moving, plus 5,000 steps a day.
For anyone who knows me, this seems like a lot but I'm so determined and beyond motivated thanks to the support of , (ofc), .dw and - you guys are making all the difference to me finding the joy in this journey! โค
So, let's talk stats for a minute:
When I started back at the end of May I weighed in at *15st 10lbs | 96kg | 211.4lbs*
Since then, I've lost *1st 5lbs | 9.5kg | 21.8lbs* with my short-term goal being to get down to *80kg with a BMI of 35 or below* for an elective surgery (a hysterectomy due to severe tokophobia for those wondering - I'm an open book for any questions ๐) at the end of the year.
My longer-term goal is that, when I've lost *50lbs | 22.6kg | 3st 6lbs* (yes, it sounds like a lot but my goal/medically ideal weight is even less) is to get my stomach tattooed (please feel free to donate towards this if you wanna see more ink on this body! ๐คฉ).
Beyond that, I'm just looking forward to feeling better in myself, physically, mentally and emotionally... Let's get this!! ๐ช๐ช๐ช
