How cute is this guy!!

Guys I’m finally feeling recovered from whatever bug is going around and NOW I’m feeling Christmassy with some new content for you🎄 I loveeee a White Russian and this simple addition upgrades it to a festive version hehe! You can easily swap this for any other syrup, hazelnut or cinnamon would be SO good😍

Gingerbread White Russian
30ml Coffee Liqueur (I used )
30ml Vodka
15ml Gingerbread Syrup
45ml Double Cream

ad hands down this is once of my fav classic cocktails😍 the amaretto is perfectly sweet and the foamy top adds the best texture!!

I never realised how to get foam on cocktails and using egg whites is a bit of a faff so I was a bit hesitant. I then discovered Wonderfoam and haven’t looked back🤣
It’s a great solution if you need to churn out a lot of drinks or if you can’t consume eggs!

Amaretto Sour
50ml Amaretto
15ml Bourbon
25ml Lemon Juice
