According to allegations by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Nigeria, at least fifty-eight former state governors across Nigeria have been investigated or are currently under investigation since the agency's establishment in 2003, following its founding in December 2002.

Overall, Nigeria has had 170 governors over 25 years, from 1999 to 2024. This includes 58 former governors from the six regions of the country; some are currently under investigation, while others have already been investigated and prosecuted. Part one of this epic video presents the first ten of those state governors who looted and robbed their own people of development.
