A complete honour to have been invited to to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hartnett Holder & Co with lunch at the ‘Kitchen Table’ with .luke and cooking for us 💫🙏🏻

We worked our way through the most incredible menu designed to showcase the past 10 years of this hugely successful Hampshire spot 🌿

From smoked cod roe with pickled fennel, to polenta ravioli with winter truffles, and the very first of the season’s white asparagus with baked turbot 🧺🍽️🐟

Oh, and madeleines with whipped butter, Apple Tart Tatin and a great slab of Stichelton for dessert 🥮🍏🧀
