YouTube channel #1 pays for my apartment
YouTube channel #2 pays for my cars
YouTube channel #3 pays for family vacations
You won’t win when you play not to lose
You need to play to win
Here’s how I do it and how you can too:
Step 1: Select a niche
Your niche determines:
- Ad rates
- Opportunities for monetization
Examples:
- Police cam
- Celebrity
- Sports etc.
Some niches will solely earn through ads
While others can have multiple streams of income (better)
Step 2: Build my team
You can't do everything yourself
You need a team of script-writers, editors, and voice actors if you want to build multiple channels and scale
Here’s how I would outsource a video:
Step 3: Select a format
Formats on YouTube relate to your videos’:
- Length
- Structure
- Presentation style
Look for format gaps in the niche you've selected
For example making longer content in a niche full of 8-30 minute videos.
I will talk more on generating ideas and monetization later. Hit that follow so you don’t miss a thing.
