Was Hi**er sterile? If not, why did he not have children?
Hi**er was most probably not sterile. Nonetheless the reason Hi**er refused to have children was connected to the reason he refused marrying Eva Braun for much of their life. As is known, they would only get married one day before they committed su***de as a sop to Eva Braun.

Hi**er and Eva Braun with Speer and Bormann’s children

Hi**er was of the opinion that the Children of great men (yes, he considered himself a great man) are rarely ever great themselves, here is a quote from Speer’s memoirs which sums up Hi**er’s thoughts concerning marriage and children:

"A highly intelligent man should take a primitive and stupid woman. Imagine if on top of everything else I had a woman who interfered with my work! In my leisure time I want to have peace. . . . I could never marry. Think of the problems if I had children! In the end they would try to make my son my successor. Besides, the chances are slim. for someone like me to have a capable son. That is almost always how it goes in such cases. Consider Goethe's son-a completely worthless person! ... ,Lots of women are attracted to me because I am unmarried. That was especially useful during our days of struggle. It's the same as with a movie actor; when he marries he loses a certain som**hing for the women who adore him. Then he is no longer their idol as he was before."

Surely Stalin who was embarrassed of his son Yakov Dzhugashvilli would have been able to relate to what Hi**er felt.

Hi**er greeted by Children in Linz

However, and perhaps seen as a paradox (it isn’t), Hi**er was fond of children. In Obersalzberg and from Eva Braun’s album (it wasn’t propaganda since it was never intended to be released to the public) he was fond of both the children of Albert Speer and Martin Bormann, who were part of his small circle and both lived there with Hi**er in Obersalzberg. Göring never moved there and Goebbels would only move there when his house was wrecked by allied bombs during the last days of the war, however, Hi**er was also fond of the Goebbels children (and generally their family).

Albert Speer's son Speer junior: from childhood memory he remembered Hi**er as ‘a nice uncle.’

Albert Speer junior who passed away only in 2017, and who turned out to be an architect and urban planner (one of his prominent achievement was being a lead designer for the 2008 Olympics held in Beijing, designing the central axis in Beijing). Point is he remembered Hi**er as ‘a nice uncle, from my childish perspective’ . Hi**er just did not want children, though he was fond of them.

Why was Hi**er crazy enough to challenge Stalin?
Hi**er drew generalizations from the First World War (where German handily beat the Russians), the Russo-Japanese War of 1905 (where the Japanese beat the Russians in a single fleet engagement) and the Winter War (where the Finns held off the entire Russian military for months although heavily outnumbered).

Hi**er knew, quite correctly, that many people in the Soviet Union were dissatisfied with communism. He saw a country with a large number of soldiers and equipment that was nevertheless a complete mess. He was partially right. After the Winter War, even Stalin had to realize that putting loyalists in military command positions (after killing the entire Russian military leadership) was a bad idea and the Russian military quickly reformed to put professionals back in leadership positions (luckily, Russia had a lot of battle hardened veterans from World War I and the Russian Civil War).

The early days of Operation Barbarossa seemed to show Hi**er was right. The front line Russian units provided virtually no resistance to the German advance, tank and air force divisions were swatted away like flies, and hundreds of thousands of Soviets were taken prisoner. When the Germans reached Kiev, they were hailed as liberators.

Meanwhile, the general staff wasn’t so sure. They knew their military history and how big Russia was and how difficult it would be to secure it. Yes, the Russians up front turned out to be easy to overcome, but after summer ended and the rain turned the countryside to mud, the advance stopped dead, allowing the Russians time to regroup. From that point forward progress was a lot harder as the Soviets traded men and land for time while securing its industrial capacity further east. By winter, the Russians were able to recall their best troops from the east and they proved a match for the Germans. The real tragedy is as winter approached absolutely no-one on the German side thought about preparing for it either, leading to massive suffering on the German side while the Russians rejoiced in their fur lined hats and boots.

It was a close thing, and the Germans almost pulled it off. Almost.

If you were Hi**er, what would you do differently?
I present to you… friendly Hi**er. He’s just like the old Hi**er, only he’s a chill dude and doesn’t hate Jews. Doesn’t actually restrict them or kick them out of their positions. Does his best to keep all the Jewish intellectuals and scientists in Germany and not drive them out.

Friendly Hi**er is a lucky son of a gun… because all the smart guys who stay in the country and aren’t driven out for being the wrong race or faith, remain fiercely patriotic Germans. And they help him develop nuclear energy and nuclear weapons. Friendly Hi**er, before the year 1940s comes around the corner, has nukes. America doesn’t. Russia doesn’t, nor does Japan. Only Germany. Friendly Hi**er thanks his Jewish scientists friends, spins a dreidel, dances to Hava Nagila — he’s untouchable. His country is untouchable.

If I had been Hi**er? I wouldn’t have been Regular Hi**er… I would have been Friendly Hi**er. And I would have conquered Europe without firing a shot, driven the Bolsheviks to their knees and ruled half the world with mere suggestion. I’d have killed hardly anyone, would have had no need for concentration camps and Anne Frank would have grown up to be a famous playwright.

Why was Hermann Göring the number two man in N**i Germany?
Goring was famous long before he joined the N**i party. As the fellow who took over the Red Baron’s squadron after the Baron’s death, he was a genuine war hero. He was noted for refusing to surrender his planes to the Allies.

Goring in 1918.

After working as a barnstormer and pilot after the war, Goring returned to Germany in 1922 and was one of the first members of the N**i Party. Having a genuine war hero in the party was a major advantage and Goring helped the party draw others. He was also one of the few people with a military background who was willing to consider changes to military aviation doctrine, which essentially saw planes solely being used in reconnaissance and bombing roles.

When the N**is started seriously trying to undermine democracy by being part of it, Goring was one of the few of them who managed to be elected to the Reichstag. He was one of only twelve N**is to be elected to office at that time, som**hing even Hi**er couldn’t do, and became the party’s de facto parliamentary leader.

When the N**is finally got control of the Reichstag in 1933, Goering was made president of the body. He was the obvious choice as he was widely respected both inside and outside the party.

Within the government, he was given special responsibility for aviation and excelled in that role. He set up “flying clubs” for training pilots outside the restrictions of Versailles. He also started working on improvement to Germany’s aviation science. More importantly, he started working with people on getting aircraft more involved with tanks and infantry in direct support. He eventually helped form the Luftwaffe.

Throughout this time he was also deeply involved in politics, including signing laws removing the civil rights of Jews and planning the annexation of Austria.

When the war began in 1939 the Luftwaffe proved its worth by smashing Polish infantry units along with the use of mass tank formations. The following year the Luftwaffe was instrumental in the quick defeat of France by concentrating air power at the head of tank columns while the Allies were still treating planes as more of a strategic resource with no clearly defined combat role apart from shooting down German planes. More importantly, Goring was the only senior military officer who was clearly loyal to the N**is with most of the rest of the senior military staff being career officers.

At the start of the war, Rudolph Hess was Hi**er’s #2 but he ran off to England for imaginary peace talks. Although Hi**er still had a lot of close friends to turn to such as Goebbels and Himmler, Goering was pretty much the only other person in the government with extensive government and leadership experience. For all his faults he was the N**i with the best understanding of military strategy and logistics.

With Germany at war pretty much everyone in the party realized they needed a military officer in the #2 position behind Hi**er and Goring, being the only one with demonstrable military experience was the logical choice. Goring was loyal to the party but unlike many others, Goring clearly knew what he was doing in his role. He was able to work well with other military commanders and politicians. He was also pretty intimidating and few dared talk back to him.

If Eva Braun had not died in the fuhrerbunker, would she have been targeted in the same way Mussolini's mistress was targeted?

“From the start, their relationship was conducted in secrecy, not least because Hi**er did not want to be associated in public with any one woman.”

- Cate Haste, N**i Women

Hi**er had taken great pains to keep his private life, well, private. Only those in Hi**er’s intimate circle knew that Eva was his mistress. Most people who met her believed she was just an employee or a good friend.

At the time of his death nobody in Germany, much less Russia or America knew of Eva Braun’s significance.

Had she chosen to leave at any given point it’s likely she could have faded into obscurity. Perhaps history books would still mention her. The odd comment here or there by valets or close associates. But by that point, she would have been long gone.

Soviet soldiers openly harass a German woman

That said, anything could have become of her had she fled the bunker with the rest of his entourage. We do have some reference points given what happened with some of his female staff:

All four of Hi**er’s secretaries were kept in custody for several years despite having no direct role in the war.
Hi**er’s cook, Constanze Manziarly, disappeared after the breakout but is presumed to have been r***d and murdered by Soviet soldiers.
It’s likely other female staff suffered sexual assaults as well.
The Allied soldiers didn’t have to know who you were to treat you cruelly. Being German was enough.

Did Erwin Rommel actually get himself in an act of treason, or was it a means to eliminate him?
His name was mentioned and that was all it took to trigger Hi**er`s lust for revenge to kill everyone connected to the assassination plot; however remotely.

What happened to the people who were with Hi**er in his last photographed moments?
Personally I can’t say for certain who exactly was with him. But I have read and heard stories of what people who saw him in his final weeks/people who were high ranking officials did.

In the final weeks of his very life, Adolph Hi**er was a unhinged, sanity-losing, paranoid trainwreck, the Allied coalition was closing in on Germany from every direction, striking Wehrmacht Forces down time after time, crumbling the last remaining well-trained defenses of the Third Reich.

Hi**er spent his final weeks of his life rarely emerging from his bunker. He was delusional and losing his sanity bit by bit, giving orders to nonexistent/ghost armies in his delirium, only one man to my knowledge was around hi**er in his final weeks was one of his highest ranking men, Joseph Gobbels. Now granted these men weren’t photographed with him,but historical records state that they were at least around him in the final weeks of his life.

One of the two men who were with Hi**er in his final days was none other than the second most ruthless and despicable N**i, Joseph Gobbels. For those of you who don’t know, Gobbels was the chief of N**i propaganda, and a devout antisemitic, he loathed Jewish people with a passion. There is even a very notorious photo of Gobbels taken by Jewish photographer Alfred Eisenstaedt in 1933; initially Gobbels was friendly and respectful to Alfred; however when an associate divulged to him of the photographer’s background, his entire demeanor shifted drastically from friend to downright scornful. This later became the infamous and deeply disturbing photo known as “The eyes of hate”

Gobbels was around Hi**er a few times before Hi**er took his own life, when he did,However Gobbels went out in a very cowardly but also chilling way; He and his wife,Magda, fatally poisoned their six children, then they both took cyanide pills, thus committing su***de; before that he ordered an SS officer to shoot both their corpses in the back of the heads to ensure death after they took the cyanide, then in accordance to orders SS troops took their bodies, doused them in petrol and burned their corpses which were later found my Soviet troops ,He briefly served as the chancellor of The Third Reich after hi**ers su***de and before his own.

The second to my knowledge was actually a Former Waffen-SS courier,Armin D. Lehmann.Who was a member of the Hi**er youth and Volkssturm, and even was in Hi**er bunker in his final days! ; as it turns out, he was picked amongst several other Hi**er Youth boys to meet Hi**er on his 56th birthday. Lehmann said that Hi**er was an absolute mess, he was unbelievably, indescribably paranoid; scared, anxious, and physically unwell. Lehmann stated in a early 2000’s WW2 documentary just how badly Hi**er was, he was described by Lehmann as “trembling so badly, he had to grasp his coat”, Lehmann, despite being a courier for the despicable Waffen-Schutzstaffel(SS),later went on to be an pro-peace advocate/activist. Lehmann died in 2008.

other than that there aren’t others I know of,but hopefully this helps my dear friend!

Why is Adolf Hi**er sometimes depicted as an angry man?
That’s because toward the end of the war, Adolf Hi**er was losing his mind.

In the early days and way before the war, Hi**er actually seemed like a decent guy. Aside from the crimes he ordered during the war, he was a nice guy.

It’s been said that he was very polite, had manners, and treated his guests and staff with respect.

In 1944, he started losing his mind. He developed symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. It is truly unknown if he actually had it, but it is believed he did because of the visible symptoms…

This is a comparison. He was quite energetic in the early days of the war, but in 1944 he started hunching. His posture was bent and his state became very dull, all symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease. Studies even showed that because of this disease, he made very poor mistakes that impacted the war negatively.

Hi**er kept his left hand behind his back, and it twitched without him controlling it. This is also a common symptom of Parkinson’s Disease.

It is believed that he had bi-polar disorder.

He also took took co***ne and crystal m**h. It affected his mental being. It is also said that he injected himself with bull semen. Not much evidence states he actually did inject himself with bull semen except one health report that was dated back to 1945. He also had liver and stomach ailments.

Hi**er’s mental being was very poor by 1945 and he was pretty much and angry man. The war was not over but at a closing loss, Hi**er knew that but lied to himself to just wish for some hope. He yelled at his staff when they told him what he didn’t want to hear. Even in 1944, when he heard about his failed defenses at Omaha Beach, he yelled and lost his mind. It was hopeless at that point.

He knew the war was lost but did everything he can for a miracle to happen. In 1945, he announced that those who wouldn’t fight the Soviets in the Battle of Berlin would be executed. He pushed everyone, even the elderly to battle.

The stress of the inevitable defeat, the drugs, and his diseases just impacted his mental being. He became an angry and deranged man.

Did Erwin Rommel actually get himself in an act of treason, or was it a means to eliminate him?

Rommel and his family. They hoped to avoid Allied bombing in Herrlingen

Rommel brought much of the attention on himself by indiscriminate remarks he made to numerous individuals.

The N**is wanted to eliminate of Rommel because of his opposition to Hi**er—and his concrete plan to overthrow their reign. According to Lieut.-Gen. Fritz Bayerlein, Rommel and his chief of staff, Hans Speidel, had developed a plan to allow the Allies unopposed access to certain key regions of Germany and to contact Allied leaders for a separate peace.

However, before this plan had a chance to develop further, an unknown German betrayed Rommel to the N**is. This informant remains unidentified to this day. Possibilities have given rise to much speculation. Most historians agree that Rommel’s name “came up” during the reign of terror and interrogations following the failed July 20 assassination plot against Hi**er in 1944.

To this day, the exact details of the accusations against Rommel—and who betrayed him—remain shrouded in mystery.

Rommel did not help the situation. Despite these ambiguities, it was already well-known among Rommel’s inner circle by 1944 that he was bitterly disillusioned with Hi**er. Touring Germany, Rommel was appalled at the devastation of the Allied bombing raids and the erosion of the peoples' morale. He also learned for the first time of the death camps, slave labor, the extermination of the Jews and the other atrocities of the N**i regime. Rommel became convinced that victory for Germany was a lost cause and that prolonging the war would lead only to his homeland's devastation.

Rommel allegedly remarked to family and friends after the July 20 plot that: “Stauffenberg had bungled it, and a frontline soldier would have finished Hi**er off.”

Field Marshal Rommel’s writings from as early as 1942 demonstrate increasing antagonism towards Hi**er and the N**i government. Forced to rely on the Führer’s leadership from the battlefield, Rommel found Hi**er more than lacking as a leader, and was jarred by the fact that Hi**er did not seem to care about the fate of the troops or German civilians. Rommel began socializing with anti-N**i dissidents in 1943.

“I began to realize that Adolf Hi**er simply did not want to see the situation as it was, and he reacted emotionally against what his intelligence must have told him was right,” Rommel wrote in his memoirs about interactions with Hi**er in 1942.

By his own admission, the 1944 Allied invasion of Normandy pushed Rommel to his limits. “My nerves are pretty good, but sometimes I was near collapse. It was casualty reports, casualty reports, casualty reports, wherever you went. I have never fought with such losses,” Rommel told his son in mid-August 1944 at their home in Herrlingen. “And the worst of it is that it was all without sense or purpose…The sooner it finishes the better for all of us.”

All of these contributed to the N**i’s desire to get rid of Rommel.

Dear reader, there is an image at the end that may hurt your feelings. Lepa Radic was a 17-year-old Bosnian teenager who was executed for shooting at the N**is during World War II. In her last minutes of life, they offered to spare her life in exchange for the names of her accomplices, she refused, saying: "I am not a traitor to my people. Those you ask will make themselves known when they have succeeded in annihilating every last evildoer." This girl, barely 17 years old, was sentenced to prison.

I would like it to be known, this girl deserves to have her story told, so without filters, so that they can see that she was afraid of death, yes, but she was so courageous that she preferred to be hanged before betraying his compatriots.

Six Polish civilians are moments away from being executed by firing squad in 1939, shortly after the German invasion of Poland at the start of World War II. It’s hard to look at the expressions on the faces of the victims. They are varied expressions, but it appears as if all are marked by fear, sadness, and resignation. Some appear to be in shock, while others look stoically ahead, resigned to their fate. The image is a powerful reminder of the brutality and inhumanity of war, and of the toll it takes on innocent civilians caught in the crossfire. Can’t we all just get along!!!???!! I hate war. 💔Truly heartbreaking! 💔
