Step Up 2026 is officially LIVE 💙✨

Last Friday we brought together our mentees and mentors to kick off this year’s programme at Virgin Media O2’s Paddington offices and the energy in the room was unreal.

We opened with a special welcome from
Samantha Niblett MP for South Derbyshire and Founder of the Labour Women in Tech Taskforce.

Then we heard from senior women leaders across BT, Vodafone and Virgin Media O2 followed by our incredible alumni panel (former mentees now thriving in tech 🙌🏾).

This year’s programme is dedicated to Julie Sedler a founding member of Step Up and a guiding light for so many women in tech. We carry her legacy forward with this cohort.
