Al Quran Academy London

Assalamu alaikum.
We are extremely happy to have been able to present 1,200 copies of the Holy Quran as gifts to the winners and all the participants of the quiz competition held at Rajendrapur Cantonment Public School and College on the occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, on behalf of Al-Quran Academy London. We pray that this Quran spreads the light of knowledge in their lives. We are proud to be involved in this event and hope to continue supporting similar religious and educational initiatives in the future.
Prizes were distributed to the winners in various categories at the event. Before the prize distribution ceremony, a discussion was held on the life and work of the greatest human being of all time, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

During the discussion, Colonel Mustafa Rassel Al Rashid, PBGMS, on behalf of Al-Quran Academy London, presented the translation of the Holy Quran translated by Hafiz Dr Munir Uddin Ahmed as a gift to all participants, winners, and respected teachers in various categories.

He also spoke about the purpose of human creation and the importance of following the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him) to fulfill it. He further stated that the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was a reflection of the Quran, and therefore, he emphasized the importance of building one's life in the light of the Quran. Finally, he urged everyone to finish reading the simple Bengali translation published by Al-Quran Academy London and to follow its teachings. He also appreciated the outstanding contribution of the Al Quran Academy London throughout the world.

The esteemed Principal of the institution, Lieutenant Colonel Ashraf Al Mamun, PBGMS, expressed his sincere gratitude and thanks to Al-Quran Academy. The grand event, attended by all teachers, students, and other guests, was a successful and spiritually profound gathering.

ঈদে মিলাদুন্নবী উপলক্ষে রাজেন্দ্রপুর ক্যান্টনমেন্ট পাবলিক স্কুল অ্যান্ড কলেজে আয়োজিত কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতায় আল-কুরআন একাডেমি লন্ডন-এর পক্ষ থেকে বিজয়ীদের জন্য উপহার হিসেবে ১২০০ কপি পবিত্র কুরআন মাজীদ তুলে দিতে পেরে আমরা অত্যন্ত আনন্দিত। এই কুরআন তাদের জীবনে জ্ঞানের আলো ছড়াক, এই কামনা করি।এই আয়োজনে সম্পৃক্ত হতে পেরে আমরা গর্বিত। ভবিষ্যতে এ ধরনের ধর্মীয় ও শিক্ষামূলক কাজে আমরা পাশে থাকতে চাই।

উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানে বিভিন্ন ক্যাটাগরিতে বিজয়ীদের মাঝে পুরস্কার বিতরণ করা হয়। পুরস্কার বিতরণীর পূর্বে সর্বকালের সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ মহামানব হযরত মুহাম্মদ (সা.) এর জীবন ও কর্ম নিয়ে এক আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।

উক্ত আলোচনা সভায় আল-কুরআন একাডেমি লন্ডন-এর পক্ষ কর্নেল মোস্তফা রাসেল আল রশীদ, পিবিজিএমএস, পবিত্র কূর'আন মাজীদের সহজ সরল বাংলা অনুবাদ বিভিন্ন ক্যাটাগরীতে অংশগ্রণকারী সকল প্রতিযোগি, বিজয়ীদের এবং সকল সম্মানিত শিক্ষিক-শিক্ষিকার হাতে উপহার হিসেবে তুলে দেয়ার পাশাপাশি মানবজীবনের সৃষ্টির মূল উদ্দেশ্য এবং তা বাস্তবায়নে রাসূলুল্লাহ (সা.)-এর জীবন অনুসরণের গুরুত্ব তুলে ধরেন। তিনি আরও বলেন যে, রাসূলুল্লাহ (সা.)-এর জীবন ছিল কুরআনের প্রতিচ্ছবি। তাই, কুরআনের আলোকে জীবন গড়ার ব্যাপারে গুরুত্ব আরোপ করেন। কুরআনকে নিজের ভাষায় বোঝা, উপলব্ধি করা এবং নিজের জীবনে প্রতিফলন ঘটানোর মাধ্যমে নিজের জীবনকে আল্লাহর পছন্দনীয় পথে পরিচালনা করা যায়। পরিশেষে, তিনি আল-কুরআন একাডেমী লন্ডন কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত সহজ সরল বাংলা অনুবাদটি নিজের ভাষায় সম্পূর্ণভাবে শেষ করে, তা অনুসরণ করার জন্য সকলের প্রতি আহ্বান জানান।

Praise be to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Peace and blessings be upon the greatest human being of all time, the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Dr. Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmed, the esteemed Chairman of Al-Qur'an Academy, met with a Renowned scholar Dr Mizanur Rahman Azhari, the Chairman of Hasanah Foundation, for a courtesy meeting in his office.

Dr. Ahmad was accompanied by his esteem companions from Al-Qur'an Academy London Hafiz Mohammad Sharafat Ullah and Colonel Mustafa Rassel Al Rashid as the special guest of honour.

Shaykh Dr Mizanur Rahman Azhari welcomed them with great enthusiasm and remarkable sincerity, offering Shaykh Dr. Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmed with a respectful greeting.

Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmad briefed Shaykh Mizan on the overall activities of Al-Qur'an Academy. The Shaykh praised Almighty Allah for the extraordinary success of the academy, which has so far gifted the Qur'an Majeed to nearly 2.5 million people in 20 languages (with translations in 5 more languages underway) across 28 countries worldwide.

Shaykh Mizanur Rahman Azhari shared his personal experience of studying Quran in own language with the Transalated copy of Hafiz Munir. He also expressed his sincere future involvement with the great works of Al-Qur'an Academy London. He also praised the humble initiative of spreading the word of Allah to the people all over the world in a very heartfelt manner. He then gifted a famous book of his own named এক নজরে কূরআন Quran at a Glace.

A fruitful discussion was also held on how the noble work of Al-Qur'an Academy could be combined with the philanthropic activities and various initiatives of Hasanaah Foundation for the service of Islam, to collectively earn the pleasure of Allah.

Finally, on behalf of Al-Qur'an Academy, Dr. Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmad presented Shaykh Azhari with some valuable books as gifts, including a recently published Tafsir and a translation of the Holy Qur'an in four colour codes according to Subject matter.

We hope that, Insha'Allah, in the near future, Al-Qur'an Academy and Hasanah Foundation will jointly move forward to spread the light of the Qur'an across Bangladesh. Allahumma Ameen.

হাফিজ মুনির উদ্দীন আহমদ, শায়খ মিজানকে আল-কুরআন একাডেমীর সার্বিক কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে অবহিত করেন। শায়খ একাডেমীর অসাধারণ সাফল্যের জন্য মহান আল্লাহর প্রশংসা করেন, যা এ পর্যন্ত বিশ্বের ২৮টি দেশের প্রায় ২৫ লক্ষ মানুষকে ২০টি ভাষায় (আরও ৫টি ভাষায় অনুবাদ চলমান) আল-কুরআনুল মাজীদ উপহার দিয়েছে।

শায়খ মিজানুর রহমান আযহারী হাফিজ মুনিরের অনূদিত কপি থেকে নিজের ভাষায় কুরআন অধ্যয়নের ব্যক্তিগত অভিজ্ঞতা বর্ণনা করেন। তিনি আল-কুরআন একাডেমী লন্ডনের মহৎ কাজের সাথে ভবিষ্যতে তার আন্তরিক সম্পৃক্ততার আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেন। তিনি বিশ্বজুড়ে মানুষের কাছে আল্লাহর বাণী ছড়িয়ে দেওয়ার এই মহতী উদ্যোগের আন্তরিক প্রশংসা করেন।

আল-কুরআন একাডেমীর এই মহৎ কাজকে হাসানাহ ফাউন্ডেশনের জনহিতকর কার্যক্রম এবং বিভিন্ন উদ্যোগের সাথে কীভাবে একত্রিত করে ইসলামের খেদমতে ব্যবহার করা যায় এবং সম্মিলিতভাবে আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি অর্জন করা যায় সে বিষয়েও ফলপ্রসূ আলোচনা হয়।

সবশেষে, আল-কুরআন একাডেমীর পক্ষ থেকে ড. হাফিজ মুনির উদ্দীন আহমদ তাঁকে কিছু মূল্যবান বই উপহার দেন। এর মধ্যে সদ্য প্রকাশিত একটি তাফসীর এবং বিষয়ভিত্তিক চার রঙের কোডে অনূদিত পবিত্র কুরআনের একটি কপি ছিল। অপরদিকে, শায়িখ আজহারী তাঁর প্রসিদ্ধ 'এক নজরে কুরআন' গ্রন্থটি উপহার দেন।

Dhaka University Dawah Association welcomed the 1,500 new students of the 2023-24 session by distributing 1,500 copies of the Quran Majeed to them.
The program was held on Sunday, November 17, at the TSC Auditorium of the University of Dhaka.
The chief guest of the program was Dr. Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of Al Quran Academy London, along with Islamic Scholar and media personality Sheikh Prof Md Mokhter Ahmad PhD, eminent educationist and Director General of Bangladesh Institute of Islamic Thought Dr. M Abdul Aziz, Assistant Proctor and Assistant Professor of Dhaka University Rafiqul Islam PhD, Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems Ariful Islam Apu and leaders of the Dawah Association.
In his speech as the chief guest, Sheikh Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmed said, "We have published the Quran in 20 different languages ​​of the world in the last 13 years... Today, I am very happy to hand over a copy of the Quran to the new students of my own university. May Allah Almighty accept this work of ours as Sadaqah Jariyah and may you also convey this great invitation of the Quran to those who are not present here, InshaAllah

"More than 500 Qurans distributed among former army officers in Dhaka"

On Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, after Isha, a Quran distribution program was organized by Al Quran Academy London at the Mirpur DOHS Central Mosque in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. About five hundred people, including former army officers of Mirpur DOHS, received a copy of the Quran as a gift for themselves. The chief guest of the program was Dr. Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmed, the founding chairman of Al Quran Academy London, who was visiting Bangladesh after a long time. The program started with Brigadier General Khurshid Alam, the president of the Mosque Committee, expressing his gratitude to the chief guest and thanking everyone present. He enthusiastically praised this great initiative of free Quran Distribution and urged everyone to get involved in it.
The program was hosted by Colonel (rtd) Ashraf Al Deen, representing Al Quran Academy London in Bangladesh. At the beginning of the program, international award-winning media personality Hafez Qari Ismail bin Mozammel Haque recited from the Holy Quran. Then Maulana Nurul Amin Mahdi delivered an important speech about the importance of a worldwide Quran distribution program. Finally Dr. Hafiz Munir Uddin Ahmed delivered a very important speech about his personal relationship with the Quran and our own personal responsibility towards the Quran.
