However, we see ourselves primarily as providing a service for the musician and their creativity. At Silver Lining Music we utilize the ingenuity of our artists in close cooperation with our partners to fuse their wishes and ideas with our experience to reach a perfect strategy. Our contractual partners are allowed access to figures, operations and promotional strategies to avoid discontent or issues caused by a lack of information. In addition, the artist can always add their influence to current work processes and develop their own ideas. Silver Lining Music also offers bands the unique opportunity to release their music under their own customized brand name. Individuality - in all areas. Every band and every artist is unique. Why shouldn’t the entire marketing and advertising of the product also reflect this individuality? We offer each of our contractual partners a package specifically tailored to them and developed together, from the design of the product to the promotion and marketing, all the way up to the appropriate distributor, to present their work in the best possible way. Competent consultation with attention to detail. The production path, from basic idea to consumer is a long process, and holds many risks and problems. We advise and support our artists at all stages of this journey competently and comprehensively to ensure a smooth process and a first class product. Short-term contracts for more freedom. Our strategy of avoiding long-term contracts is in the best interest of the artist. The rights to their works revert back to them in a much shorter time period without their having to provide a long-term commitment to Silver Lining Music, allowing them to be convinced quickly of the quality of our work. As a result artists are subjected to less pressure and win the freedom to concentrate strongly on creative work.

GOT SOME UNFORTUNATE NEWS FOR YOU!

We are very sad to say that we have to postpone the upcoming European Tour due to John’s health.

He was admitted to hospital with a massive headache on August 12th.

Following a CAT scan, it was determined that he was suffering from a bleed on the brain, Subdural Hematoma.

Surgery was planned for the next day, then a further, more invasive surgery was performed on the 19th.
He is now doing good, but of course, needs to recuperate and will not be able to fly on a plane.

Very few shows have ever been cancelled in our 50 year career.

EDIT: We are working with our agency Dragon Productions, as well as the promoters to reschedule these dates.

We would like to thank our booking agent Bart Gabriel, the promoters and of course all the Raven Lunatics who were coming to the shows for your understanding.

We will be BACK – STRONGER than ever! Rock Until You Drop!

No Life ‘Til Leather – A Tribute to Metallica’s Kill ‘Em All on November 14th.

The veteran likes of Saxon, Diamond Head, and Motörhead, (three of Metallica’s favourite bands) are joined by rising stars such as Tailgunner and Swedish prog metallers Soen to create a who’s-who of heavy music, with each performer lending their unique sound to one classic track. Contributions from thrash giants Testament, ex-Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, and New Wave of British Heavy Metal linchpins Tygers of Pan Tang show the label looking beyond their own artists to amass the greatest lineup possible. Joining the super star line-up are the legendary Raven (closing with the thundering anthemic “Metal Militia”) who were part of Metallica’s first-ever tour, 1983’s famous Kill ‘Em All For One venture.
