The childcare system is broken! But instead of accepting it, Pregnant then Screwed joined forces with the New Economics Foundation to imagine a system that truly works for parents and children.

I brought their vision to life through colourful animation, giving this campaign the energy and clarity it deserves. This took only 2 days to make at a neck-breaking speed due to the super super tight deadline!

Continuing the Bruna vs (de)generative AI series. Did you know I also design websites?
Here’s one for Flow. They support small charities with fundraising and data. I gave them a new logo, fresh colours and icons: a whole brand identity that feels like them (my hope was to make viewers feel good too, but I wouldn’t go so far).

I rarely post about my animation or illustration work (to be honest, I never post, full stop). Comics are my love, but most of my time goes into making animations for charities and the arts. Work that actually matters, where I don't have to trick people into buying stuff they never wanted.

So here’s my personal war against AI (de)generative art. I'm going to share some of the work I make. It’ll probably end up feeding the machine anyway. But if you still like humans, you might enjoy this.

How do you help a child cope with the death of a loved one?

At the weekend we broadcast my new, powerful animation about children's bereavement. The film was created from the words and beautiful artwork of children who took part in The Forest Project and shared their thoughts, feelings and experiences around grief.

With support from the British Science Association and funding from Wellcome Trust, this animation is one of the most important work I have ever done. 💚 Please take a moment to watch it – and pass it on. It could really help someone who doesn’t know what to say or do when a child is grieving.
