Flashback Records Flashback Records label, affiliated with the Flashback Record Shops in London. Releasing quality music by bands we like! Since then, the shops have prospered!

Flashback Islington was founded in 1997, selling second-hand Vinyl, CDs and Videos/DVDs. In 2006, we opened our second store in Crouch End in North London. Earlier this year, we ventured into selling new vinyl for the first time, which has been a most successful, interesting and entertaining adventure. The next logical step is to set up a record label of our own, in the honoured tradition of so ma

ny fine record shops; Rough Trade, Soul Jazz and Beggars Banquet immediately springing to mind. There is a vibrant local scene of independent indie-rock-lo-fi style bands, many of which have connections with the shop. We have solid plans for four releases. These will be released consecutively over a four-month period. During that time we will be actively looking for other suitably talented artists with an aim to do continue with about ten releases a year.
