A fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable few days spent with some great people photographing the rally. The hottest event I think I have ever covered.

Incredible atmosphere, spectacle, stages, crowds and brilliant driving.

Abingdon Rally 2026
A fantastic day at Dalton Barracks and some great action from the Abingdon Rally. The weather was better than on the Sprint and the rain held off.

A sad day with the passing of Barry Guess but the entire organising team had done an incredible job to run the event and in many cases start from scratch in terms of knowledge. An absolute triumph.

It was especially sad for me as Dad (Bryan Sims) wasn't here, he loved the Abingdon Rally. The first one without him was always going to be tough.

Abingdon Sprint 2026
A few images from the Abingdon Motorsport CAR-nival Sprint. A tricky day for the drivers with soaking wet conditions, wind, then sunshine and a dry track. Tyre choice was a real problem.
