রোগ ধরা পড়ার আগেই সচেতন হওয়া উচিত। তাহলে, আকস্মিক হার্ট অ্যাটাক; কিডনি ডেমেজ বা বড় বড় রোগ থেকে বেঁচে থাকা যায়। সম্ভব হলে যাঁরা একদমই নিজের ব্যাপারে সচেতন না; তারা আজই লিপিড প্রোফাইল; ক্রিয়েটিনিন টা চেক করুন। ডাক্তারের ফলোআপে যেয়ে দেখেন সব নরমাল রেঞ্জে আছে কিনা? তেলে ভাজা খাবার ; দুধ চা; ইচ্ছেমত গরু খাশি খাচ্ছেন.... একটু চেক করে দেখেন প্লিজ।
