X FAULT Magazine COVER SHOOT OUT NOW on FAULT-Magazine.com

Today marks the release of Sports' eponymous fifth album - the first to be self-produced by Tulsa-based dynamic duo Cale Chronister and Christian Theriot. As signposted by advance singles 'If You Want Me', 'Keep Falling in Love' and 'Drama King', it's a record that leans into themes of anxiety, adulthood and creative risk.

In conversation with FAULT, Sports frontman Cale reflects on legacy, oversharing in the age of “authenticity”, growing up musically in Tulsa, and why ‘Keep Falling In Love’ feels like the band’s purest moment of happiness yet.
