A highly discreet and professional Butler/House Manager is sought to support an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) principal at his private holiday residence in Hokkaido, Japan — a luxury ski destination in the north. This is a live-in, year-round position based at the property, with the busiest periods being when the principal and his guests are in residence (approximately 3 months of the year). The successful candidate will work closely with the principal’s Travelling Butler to ensure the residence is consistently prepared to the highest standard, and that the principal’s lifestyle preferences, routines, and service expectations are upheld seamlessly across locations.

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced, bilingual service professional who thrives in a structured and formal environment and has a proven track record supporting UHNW individuals.

This is a year-round, salaried position with quiet periods outside the guest season.
