Catered for a variety of experiences, the course addresses everything that makes up the role of 1st AC. From managing teams, production processes and even the science and art of pulling focus, with a dive into technical aspects of lenses!

We are very pleased to announce we will be hosting another open day at our London office, this time in collaboration with
We will be joined by Smartsystem owner Andrea Falcucci who will be there to talk through some of the exciting new products.
The new ArmX1lite and ArmX1lite+ are great options for light to mid weight payloads. Maintaining the same quality as their bigger brother the ArmX1, but at a more economic price point.
Along with the arms will be the new 5” monitor, a great option as a secondary low mode or main Trinity monitor.
Of course we will have the other sleds and arms to try as always!

It’s been a busy last couple of months in the office, so we’re having to do a course round up in one post! We had 2 Tier 1 courses run in May, led by and , with assistance from and . June so far has seen another Tier 1 course led by the great Peter Wignall and assisted by Nicolas once again.

The students came with a mix of experience and different backgrounds, but as always the Tier 1 course starts from the very basics. So everyone was able to progress and finish with the same fundamentals to work on. This makes the opportunity to come back and practice in house with our kit even more valuable.
The most rewarding part of running the courses is the enthusiasm for Steadicam shown by all that attend, and the desire to keep operating craft going. These students were no exception, so bravo to you all 👏

In addition to our course, we ran a special Q & A with Peter Wignall (ACO), followed by a BBQ for all past students. Peter’s wise words, followed by beer and food, was of course very well received.

Much more to come for the rest of the year!

March 2025 Steadicourse

The first course of the year was a belter. We had the blessing to start our run of courses for the year off with an amazing OS Tier 1 Steadicourse.

Hosted and marvellously instructed by the amazing keeping it calm, methodical and expertly detailed. Assisted by the very talented !
As always we extended a huge thanks to both for their care, love and attention that they showed towards our curriculum and space.

and where amazing, their progression and commitment to the craft was wonderful to see. It was a pleasure to host them and we expect to see a lot more of them as they are already making use of our post course bookable independent practice sessions!

It’s nearly that time again! 2025 is just 2 weeks away, and we’re pleased to say we’ll be back again, with new products and even more friends on the stand!
We will be debuting a new upgrade package (similar to what we offer in the OS360), this time it will be for the single roll axis stabiliser systems out there.
We will also have the Magic Shot Box, offering lens and camera data capture for use by the VFX and post production crew.
Sharing the stand with us quite a few friends, all with something new to show themselves!!

December 2024 steadicourse!

Just before we closed for the Christmas break we had the opportunity to run yet another OS Tier 1 steadicam course!

The course was hosted by the steadicam master and assisted by the wonderful . A massive thank you to both for their care and input doing our curriculum a great honour.

and where both amazing and respectful students, both with great camera operating experience. It was a pleasure to host both of you and we look forward to the ever continue relationship we can grow through your continued practise!
