Iyad Almosawi is a Iraqi contemporary artist known for blending Arab heritage with modern abstract styles. He studied printmaking at Concordia University in Montreal and has exhibited widely across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. His works often explore memory, identity, and architecture using mixed media like paint, steel, copper, and leather.
Many of his pieces are in public collections, including the Canada Art Bank, and one was even featured in a Mercedes-Benz campaign.
