Meet Akil, the face behind Studio Baristas. A long-standing part of the Starlane Studios community, Akil has been here since the very beginning. His café has become a go-to spot for everything from smooth flat whites to fresh smoothies and seriously good food.

And of course, no visit would be complete without saying hi to Tequila, the resident pup 🐾

Meet Kamile, our incredible General Manager at Starlane Studios! ✨

Kamile looks after both our Canning Town and Bermondsey sites, making sure everything runs seamlessly across around 150 studios. She’s the first point of call for our studio members, supporting them with their day-to-day needs, organising viewings for new creatives looking to join the community, and ensuring that if any problems pop up in the buildings or studios, they’re solved quickly and with care.

Her role is all about people, building connections, keeping things moving, and making sure everyone feels at home here at Starlane.

We couldn’t do it without her ❤️

Introducing Santosh from AARA Creative Studios at our Canning Town location! ♥️

AARA Creative Studios is a 600 sq ft cove photography studio designed for photographers, videographers, content creators, and artists to bring their visions to life. Alongside the photography space, they also offer a cozy podcast studio kitted out with professional audio gear and multiple setup options, perfect for podcasters, voice-over artists, and anyone looking to record in a creative, supportive environment.

To finish things off, we asked Santosh what 3 items he would take to a desert island? His picks: Camera, Biryani, and Chai.

Fresh food, great drinks, and a team who are always friendly and amazing (seriously, they’ll look after you every time). It’s also where we host our community tenant parties, bringing everyone together outside the studios. 🖤
