Grief, something I have come to know very personally - especially over the past 7 years - seven relatively silent years.
I learned in that time that truth lives in silence.
The truth, for me, is that as long as there is a life well lived grief remains inevitable.
Because I dare to love, I have experienced grief through death - an inseparable element of evolution. I and persons I have shared and share the experience of love with have and will die, as we each grow and evolve until eventually physical death steps in.
Because I dare to dream and pursue said dreams, I have been forced to grieve aspects and versions of mysef that had to and have to die on my path to realising my dreams. I have als had to grieve and let go of some dreams along the way.
Because I dare to own my truth and live on my terms, I have had to grieve connections and reatins that couldn't and didn't rise above judgement, doubt and uncertainty.
Still, I stand - still undeterred, still inspired, stil committed to living fully and unapologetically.
