We're excited to announce that "True Haunting" by RAW is now streaming on Netflix!
Our team at halo Post Production delivered exceptional work on this series, including incredible sound design, immersive Dolby Atmos mixing, and stunning cinematic Grading and Flame Online.

Exec producer, Simon Allen said... ‘The best part of working at halo Post Production (you’re going to expect this) was the people - in particular Samuel Castleton, Simon Hill, Duncan Russell and Tom Young. We really pushed this in Final Post - especially on the sound where we took it apart again, reworked whole sequences and, I think, elevated the emotion, tension and suspense. It was interesting because I’ve never worked in ‘unscripted' (and I probably won’t again unless a really exciting opportunity presents itself), but it felt to me like the default setting is to polish the offline mix. I’ve never done that in a drama - we keep pushing, keep working, keep trying to find new things. Samuel Castleton and Simon Hill in particular were exceptional on this and, I hope, really enjoyed the chance to be creative and express their own ideas (I often think about Simon and the doll house theme which we broke up and completely reinvented - it was such fun!). Those two guys are absolutely up there with the best I’ve ever worked with. Treasure them!!!

Oasis mania continues as the band prepare for gigs in their home city of Manchester tomorrow.

Whether you love or hate them, the Gallagher brothers always deliver an entertaining experience, both on stage and screen.

Congratulations OSF!

It has been a very exciting morning at OSF. The last of our three nominations at the Wildscreen Panda Awards 2025 is again for My Otter Diary which has been nominated for In-Country Production!

This recognition means the world to OSF and our wonderful film makers Sugandhi Gadadhar and Rana Belur, who worked tirelessly on the banks of the beautiful River Cauvery in India to bring the story of these incredible otters to life.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this wonderful film possible, it was quite a journey!

The Halo Group has opened a new central London building on Berners Street just north of Oxford Street.

Director of Production, Louisa Sutherland Smith said… “If the past couple of years have taught us anything, it is that we need to be smart with our use of real estate. In Newlands House, we have built a beautiful new offline facility to be shared between Halo, Evolutions and Relay, our new location services dept. With an extensive footprint that includes large production offices, breakout spaces, double aspect rooms and comfortable, air-conditioned edit suites. Newlands House can accommodate a variety of projects whilst giving each one a collaborative yet peaceful environment to work in. Client Services, Edit Support and Post Producers are on-site to ensure that the space feels like a “proper” post house. The facility is currently in use by two large entertainment productions utilising both edit suites and production offices’’.

Halo’s Samuel Castleton said: “The new Studio 3 build is a direct response to the diversity of projects completed at halo and the increasing flexibility required by our clients. Armed with Dynaudio Munro C3As, Dynaudio Cores and additional JBL arrays, we can now mix for theatrical release and HE Dolby Atmos in the same space with full confidence. Audio over IP means we can pivot to different project requirements at the click of a button. Crucially, this enables us to instantly adapt to ever-changing client demands and schedules”
