Finding a $300 Gold Nugget!💰 We recently went Gold mining in California with our friend Dave from Private Reserve on his claim and it was a blast! We were digging at an old site that was active during the original California Gold Rush where miners used to dig entirely by hand. We were following a Colluvial Placer deposit meaning the Gold was moved downhill by gravity and water over time near the source of where the Gold formed. We used an excavator to slowly peel away layers of dirt and then carefully checked the exposed wall with metal detectors for Gold targets. We found six pieces total over three days of digging in the hot sun and we can’t wait to share more with you all soon!✨

A surprising find while digging at night!🌌💎✨ We had way too much fun digging up Quartz crystals with Adularia at the Hamilton Hill mine at Mining Crystals with Bryan Major aka “The Crystal Collector”!! This one was special because it has a stacked Elestial formation with a slight twist on the back side which is an unusual formation to find in Arkansas. The crystals have rare Adularia inclusions which is a type of Feldspar. We found some AMAZING crystals in the Ginjo pocket and we will be sharing more with you all soon, stay tuned! 🫶

There's something MAGICAL inside!🩵😍 Recently we drove out to the Nevada Desert to dig up some of the beautiful and highly coveted Royston Turquoise! We weren't sure if we found anything amazing until we got home and polished everything up and we were so surprised!!! Several of the raw chunks that looked like dirt were actually hiding some stunning Turquoise inside, like this piece here. As we polished away the exterior, the blues began to show along with the amazing spider web pattern that this Mine is famous for.

It was MUCH bigger than we thought!🫣⚒️💎 In our last video we pulled an epic Adularia Phantom Quartz cluster that was locking this huge piece in the pocket and once we pulled it out, the big one was ready to pop! It was much bigger than we thought, stunning clear Quartz points on a bed of pure white Adularia crystals which is a type of Moonstone in the Feldspar family. This cluster was so much fun to dig and it was so satisfying to see the clay come off while we washed it. 📍Ginjo Pocket, Hamilton Hill Mine, Arkansas, USA Mining Crystals ⚒️

A Crystal is Found 🥹💎✨ 🦄 Unicorn Pocket 📍 Fisher Mountain, Arkansas Mining Happy New Year everyone! We ended 2023 with another exciting trip to Arkansas to dig some absolutely amazing Quartz crystals that we are so excited to share with you all. This time we dug in a special zone called the “Unicorn Pocket” that is a highly prolific spot known for its exceptional, clear points with a wide variety of sizes and formations, there are just so many crystals here!
