💡 Through close observation over time, I appreciate how hard it is to be a 'good' and successful property developer in the UK. There are many who give it a go and won't prevail. Not anyone can 'do' property, especially not do it well! This is why I have no intention of becoming a hands-on property investor myself. So I respect the people in this profession for their unique skill set and for the crucial part they bring to the table.

💡 I read somewhere that "the value of what you get from a day's work is worth the many years a person would have spent learning to do it in a day".
Money is never easily earned but neither are knowledge or skills!
