We often get asked about affordable options for Real Estate Virtual Tours. There are a few different ways to approach this. I can create panoramas using 360 cameras like the Theta Z1 or Insta360 X4 for budget-friendly solutions.

That said, the best results come from using a DSLR with a fisheye lens, especially when paired with high-quality, flexible virtual tour platforms.

While I’ve only used Matterport through agency accounts, I’m happy to recommend trusted peers like Surveyhands who specialize in that kind of tour setup.

For projects focused on interiors and conscious product design, I always recommend going for the highest quality — including proper HDR and well-managed window exposures to do justice to the space.

I’ll be sharing a comparison soon across LinkedIn and social media to break down the differences clearly — and see what agencies are most likely to approve.

For nowI did export a Tour I created using originally the matterport app, as the house is off the market now and the tour is not longer a requirement. Tours come off job done.

what if you have a house for for rentals, I don't think a Matterport is the correct solution as it was not made for long time keeping in my view so here I did an example and i am finishing it now.

✨ A Mind-Bending Experience at the Keynote: "Rethinking the Pursuit of Happiness" ✨

I had the incredible opportunity to attend a truly eye-opening session, "Rethinking the pursuit of happiness: How to knock down the blockers to wellbeing, growth, and reinvention," featuring the brilliant Derren Brown and hosted by the insightful Adrienne Adhami.

🌟 What an experience! The session was a deep dive into the psychology behind happiness, personal growth, and the obstacles that hold us back from reinventing ourselves. Derren’s unique perspective and his approach to reframing happiness were transformative, encouraging us to challenge societal norms and explore the deeper meaning of fulfillment. 🌱

Adrienne’s thoughtful hosting kept the conversation flowing seamlessly, creating a space where we could reflect on our own wellbeing and identify the mental barriers that stand in our way.

💭 Here’s a takeaway that really stuck with me: True happiness isn't about chasing a never-ending list of goals, but rather about confronting and dismantling the obstacles in our minds that prevent us from living fully in the present.

Millennium Hotels and Resorts Chelsea 360 Views captured for the Millenium Chelsea Hotel and Spa hired to shoot for Visiting media was one of the best job I have done at a London hotel. To be able to be right on time shooting with less people in sight I was offered a night stay and a nice little access to the spa and pool. The apartment was also fantastic and a perfect way to enjoy few little gems round the corner like the the following morning.
