Behind the scenes of decorating 🪜 🎨

So I had the bright idea of painting my Hercules wall, and this is what the rest of my house looks like because of it 🫣

Hazards everywhere! ⚠️ When I originally decorated my house, I was in the pits of depression, and had no creative ideas, ended up painting almost the entire house grey.

So this is not just redecorating, this is therapeutic. Getting rid of the grey, letting my creativity free, and turning my house into a Disney home one wall at a time. It gets messy, it’s lots of work, but when I complete each part, it’s like it’s healing something in me. I don’t wanna show just the good bits, I wanna show the messy bits inbetween too, cuz let’s face it, life’s messy and I don’t like to pretending everything is alway perfect 👌🏼

I’ve got AuDHD so it’s most definitely not always perfect, and I’m not ashamed to show it. At least now I can call it my creative process right? 😂

Can’t wait to show you’ll the finished product though, last few days I’ve definitely been on a roll……. 🏺

I’m pleased with my little experiment this morning, managed not to get any chemical X in there, or did I? 🤔

Ok, thoughts… beautiful, sparkly, strap details, lovely colours, bigger front pocket, lovely lining and a zip charm! It’s got it all! So much prettier irl than it looked online! So pleased I took a chance on this one now, definitely a keeper!🥼🧪

Giving McQueen the number 95 was a subtle Easter egg honoring Pixar and its history. Toy Story was the studios first fully computer animated feature film in 1995 🛞⚡️

And today I felt like going to see the film at the cinema with my son dressed head to toe in cars 🏎️

The top was actually meant to be a dress but my gosh it was far too short 😂 luckily I had a pair of leggings or I’d have been posting this to some kind of fans only page 😂 😂
