So sad to hear the news late that Pat Collier passed in the summer. Pat restored my faith in humanity during a difficult period of my life. He was supportive, patient and kind when I didn't have much to offer and really was my lifeline during the 2020 pandemic. Pat Collier, the celebrated record producer and former bassist for punk band The Vi*****rs, has died at the age of 72.

Well, I‘ve accomplished my goal of walking 100KM’s in October. This was a personal challenge for mebut done in the spirit of trying to raise money for UBFREE- an mental health charity in South Aftica. Thise of you that pledged I will be following up today. Day 3 - I’m walking 100 KM’s (60 miles) in October raising my health and money for UBFREE a mental health charity. You can give by the KM or a one off sum. Today was great, Nice weather, new trainers, new Interpol album to listen to, great way to start.

Blown away tonight. Just over a year ago I decided to pursue doing more video production with Bamm Bamm Music. Now one of the videos we have made has been played over 100000 times. Blown away. Thank you to Jesus and and for the trust. Thanks to the team Justin and for the lighting.
