"Without Us" brings a bold fusion of cinema and rave energy to the Barbican, featuring a special live performance of the soundtrack on stage. Directed by the talented Daniel Brandt and Anthony Dickenson, this short film will unfold centre stage with our sound design in full force.

Our very own Culum Simpson, Adam Hare and Will Cohen had a blast crafting the sound for this epic project, and we can't wait to hear it come to life in such an exciting setting.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the 10 Barn students from BBH London for an afternoon session at String and Tins yesterday.

Our Creative Director, Sound Engineer, and Composer Adam Smyth gave them an inside look at the craft behind what we do every day, breaking down the creative process in building a radio ad and sharing insights from his world of sound.

Huge thanks to Nick Gill and BBH London for introducing us to such a great group of creatives, Roopan Pannu, Valentina P., Daniel Aihee, Maddie Cope, Keng-wu Yerlikaya, Matt Chong, Daniela Z., Simon Finn, Aimie Paul and Alexandra Vargas. It was a joy to open our doors and work with such a talented bunch.

Radio LBB: FireFlies 2025 🚴‍♀️🔥

Our wonderful producer, Katie, is taking on FireFlies 2025, an eight-day cycling challenge from Aix-les-Bains to Nice, covering 1000km and 60,000ft of climbs, all to raise vital funds for the Hammersmith Hospital Blood Cancer Unit. 💛

To power her through the intense training, Katie’s curated a hyped Spotify playlist that’s kept her mindset strong and motivation high.

“Since the beginning of the year, my life has revolved around three to four spin classes a week and back-to-back all weather weekend rides. Having a good and positive mindset is a massive part of the training. If there is one thing that has helped me to get through the pain… It’s been a hyped training playlist.”
