The next question is: 'WHAT DO YOU DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?' and Laura's answer is: I'm a nature lover. I take my dog Silva on long country walks regularly. I’m also a hip hop head! (Plus a bit of drum and bass when I'm ready for a party!)'.

Outside of work, I live by the sea, where long walks on the beach and time in nature keep me grounded. I’m a lifelong lover of musicals, jazz hands, and all things theatrical. One day, I hope to see a fully inclusive musical take centre stage in the West End, reflecting the world as it truly is: diverse, vibrant, and full of possibility.

This month marks a moment to to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ talent who shape culture and drive creativity far beyond our industry. It is important that all communities receive the representation that they deserve.

At ZBD, our gay, le***an, bisexual, trans, q***r and non‑binary talent bring authenticity, visibility and real representation to every project.
