DJ Danny Nutt is an experienced, versatile DJ who will liven up any private party, wedding, bar/club His first gig was at his 6th form school disco!

Danny has a full sound system and has been DJing for over 20 years. Since then he set up a successful club night called Eat My Funk, along with other DJ's, blending his favourite genres of music: funk, soul, disco, hip-hop, latin, reggae and r&b. Venues included: The White Horse in Brixton and Paradise Bar in New Cross. Alongside this, Danny started DJing on his own in bars and clubs across London

. Venues include: Escape Bar and Art in Herne Hill, Bar Aquum in Clapham, Shoreditch House (supporting Vula from Basement Jaxx and Sam Sparro), Soho House Basement Bar and Roof Bar, Smith's of Smithfield and The Luxe. In recent years, Danny has played at several Back In The Day nights with host Oli Jackson (Slimson) and many weddings and corporate parties, including supporting bands like Natalie Williams Soul Family. He has also been the winter resident DJ at Evolution London for 6 consecutive years (returning for the 2021/22 season) where clients have included: Microsoft, Shell, Deloitte, ITV and more. He has also had the pleasure of supporting Annie Mac, Rudimental, Billy Oceon, Level 42, Norman Jay and Stereophonics. Danny also has many residencies via his booking agent, Euphonica: Bill’s Restaurant & Bar (Soho, Westfield Shepherd’s Bush and Victoria), Swinger’s Crazy Golf Club (City), Skylight Tobacco Dock and Skylight Peckham. Corporate venues include: The Landsdowne Club, The Troxy, St Pancras Rennaiscance Hotel and Skylight Tobacco Dock (all in London).

Hi! 👋🏼

Here’s a random pic of an absolute gem of a track by one of my favourite bands, Steely Dan.

I somehow managed to mix it out of the house classic, Big Love by Pete Heller (Dr Packer extended remix) at a gig last week!

I do love trying new things at every given opportunity 🤩

And thought the title (Do It Again) was rather fitting for this month’s gigs!!

Happy also to have a few weekends off (for now!) after a mad September…

Excellent times at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with and the kids!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥳

So many brilliant shows (Gary Starr, Rhys Darby, Relay and How To Win Against History were particular faves), multiple beers, climbing Arthur’s Seat, great weather and even greater vibes.

Plus we managed to get home before Storm Florian hit!

Happy 21st wedding anniversary to me and my ❤️🥳

Here we are in early married bliss on our honeymoon in Mauritius 🏝️

I have achieved many things in my life so far and I am grateful, proud and happy to have done so.

But my greatest achievement of them all is having bagged the best, most incredibly gorgeous, amazing, clever, beautiful, calm, supportive, loving, selfless, enigmatic, wonderful human and mum to our children- who has stuck by my side through thick and thin.

I am an incredibly lucky man.

I love you baby!!

What an epic hiking weekend with ‘me mate Dave’!

As the years roll by, I feel more and more that I need to fulfil things, like a bucket list I guess, before it’s too late!!

😬

So me and Dave planned and damn right executed an odyssey of all proportions…

We walked from Guildford train station across the beautiful Surrey Hills and took in Newlands Corner, the beautiful village of Shere (where The Holiday was filmed), stayed at the gorgeous Plough Inn right by Leith Hill which we climbed and saw the most fantastic views.

We then made it to Cranleigh (via another pub, of course) and stayed in a cheeky little pub where we returned after an excellent steak dinner close by and came back to a fun band and we drank, danced with locals and had a total laugh!

Numerous pints of local bitter were consumed, laughs were had a plenty, legs ached as we walked and hearts opened up about all manner of things to bring us back to Guildford station, after a cracking roast at a nearby pub and watching teenagers playing cricket on a village green.

YOLO!!

Feeling refreshed, energised and inspired.

Hoorah!!
