Yesterday Hamsini Devi Dasi and Dhananjay Dasa Prabhus distributed the Bhaktivedanta volume 1 to Crispian Mills from the famous British band Kula Shaker. Kula Shaker often takes inspiration from Krishna conscious topics in their music and their song Govinda was a world wide hit in the 1990's. Crispian said: "This is so sweet of you!" and promised to write a review after finishing his reading. So nice!

Right now I am reading the chapter ‘Picking up the reigns’ from the Bhaktivedanta biography. It’s about Srila Bhaktisiddhanta and how he continued to spread the Krishna consciousness movement after his father, Bhaktivinode Thakura, disappeared from our material vision.

It is such a nice part of the book because this pastime instills great inspiration to purify the consciousness and spread the Krishna consciousness movement, and to please Krishna, just like our founding fathers.
