Sometimes we can feel lonely... But we are always supported. Not always by what is obvious or by who or what we think should be supporting us at that time - but more often than not, we ARE supported.

I've recently been reminded we all have the power to help others: to let someone know they are not alone on their path. 👣

Sometimes we just have to say "hello" to a stranger, pick up the phone and start a text, or express how we feel so others can see that they are not alone, either.
