What went on behind the scenes, on the set of Leading Lady...↓

1 - This is Trevor, one of our cinematographers. We love his aesthetic and his eye for making everything look beautiful!

2 - This was the first time Katie performed in Afrikaans.

3 - This scene in the movie shows the actors doing a mini fashion show, and Henk thinks it contradicts the typical cliche of fashion shows, with the glitz and glamour vs. the rawness of being in a barn.

4 - Inspired by Henk's first visit to London, where he lived on Llewelynn's couch. He noticed every car stopped at the zebra crossing in London, but they don't in South Africa, so he thought it was an excellent meet scene for the two main characters.

5- Filmed in a farmhouse where the empty pool scenes were shot.
