360 Arts opened its doors to children September 2013. Since then, for various reasons, over the years we have had to move premises. For the first three years we performed at The Barnet Christmas Fair. The children also had several experiences of attending a recording studio and we carried out annual trips to the theatre and live televised entertainment shows such as The X-Factor, BGT etc.
In 360 Arts first year of opening we were approached by the BBC to put a group together for “CBBC Sport Relief”, we met all the criteria and managed to put a group together in 3 days, they were called “#BOOM”. They went onto reach the semi-finals where their journey ended. You can view footage of all these performances by clicking on the links below:

Dylan McKiernan
360 Arts held a workshop for Award Winning Director, Ken Loach. Mr Loach came to 360 looking for a child, a rough diamond, to play the lead in his film “I Daniel Blake” On the day of the workshops we held a dance troupe audition and the acting workshop. Dylan came along to audition for the dance troupe. However, he ended up going into the wrong studio and wound up auditioning for Ken Loach instead! Dylan had never acted or been on an audition before! The film went onto receive rave reviews and the prestigious Palm D’Or Award.
Adithi Sujithi
Adithi came to 360 as a little Asian girl who loved to sing. 360 were approached directly by top London West End Casting Director who had scoured the country looking for a non-white female age 9 with a powerhouse voice. We submitted Adithi and she was asked to record a song on self tape. She sang “This Girl Is On Fire”, she was selected to audition, she was given one hour to learn “Amazing Grace” Adithi did it and she was cast as the lead “Tomika” in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “School of Rock” Adithi at the age of 9 was plucked from obscurity and became an original cast member of a West End Play – Adithi has gone on to perform at The Oliver Awards and her picture was on all the publicity posters.
Daniel Luniku was another 360 Arts child who was plucked from obscurity to make his stage debut at The Chichester Festival in a production of “Caroline or Change” Daniel is now appearing as Mason in “School of Rock”
So these are just a few examples of what can happen when you join 360! The sky is the limit!
Present:
We are now settled at Middlesex University which is a fantastic place to train your children and to instil life long skills that will serve them well whatever career path they decide to follow.
360 Arts had a change-over in Management in August 2017 and Carol Brophy is now sole “Managing Director” of 360 Arts School. Carol re-launched in September 2017 and has taken 360 to a whole new level.

Carol has secured Acting and Dance Patrons for 360. Acting Patron is Tony O’Callaghan, best known for his role as “Sgt Mat Boyden” in “The Bill”, currently starring as semi series regular in Eastenders. Tony comes to 360 Arts to hold Q&A Sessions with the 13+ group and Adult Actors. 360 Arts Management
Carol also went into business with Tilly Kamara to re-launch the agency “360 Arts Management” in January 2018. We are very selective and we are achieving great things on this side of the business with wonderful projects in the pipeline for most of our clients. Obviously we cannot say too much but the agency has proved to be very successful in a very short amount of time. We represent children from the age of 5 and adults too. One of our adult clients has been cast in a high profile Netflix series and contracted for two seasons, we are exceptionally proud of the agency achievements and all our clients.
Workshops
Carol has established a well attended 360 Arts, after school club. 360 Arts has also become an Arts Partner with Woodridge Primary School and 360 launched their art weeks earlier in the year. 360 has held successful performing arts workshops in various schools across Barnet, click on the link below to see news, feedback and pictures. If you are interested in a workshop for your child’s school please contact Carol [email protected]

School Trips
In December 2017 after a very successful turn out during the summer to the X-Factor auditions, boot camp, 6 chair challenge, Carol was offered an unlimited amount of tickets to the X-Factor final weekend. This was purely down to her professionalism and the organisers faith in her to deliver on numbers. Carol through all her hard work in building up a relationship with the organisers of the show is now in a position where she no longer has to request the tickets, as she is now being asked how many! This applies to X-Factor, BGT, Catchphrase, Little Big Shots, etc. The organisers do not deal with outsiders, 360 Arts is the first company for them to trust to deliver on numbers. We have attended X-Factor every year since 2013.
We also do a theatre trip once a year, normally in the Spring Term. So far we have been to see Wicked, Matilda, Thriller, Lion King, Motown The Musical, to name but a few.
Public Performances
2 of our under 10’s street dancers were entered into The British red Cross, “Dance Make Your Move” competition, their first heat was at The Greenwood Theatre on 19th May 2018, although they didn't win their heat, they did win the award for best Individual Choreography. You can watch their entry by clicking the link:

360 – Vision For The Future
Carol’s vision would be to ensure that every child that comes to 360 is made to feel special and the parents welcomed and confident that they are leaving their children in a nurturing caring, professional environment where they can be free to be themselves, gain confidence and make friends for life. Carol’s ambitions for 360 is to expand the classes into the afternoon at their current location on a Sunday. Provide Saturday and evening classes across Barnet. Carol would also like to establish performing arts classes abroad.
The vision for the agency is to develop raw talent and hidden depths. Train the children well on how to be professional, how to cope with resilience, give them the tools to feel great at every single audition. Train the parents on all the do’s and don’ts so that we are all fully involved in their child’s career and Carol and Tilly will be there to guide them through every step of the way! We are available 24/7!
