🏜️History was made this weekend as roared into life for the world’s first hydrogen-powered off-road racing series.

There were multiple formats over three days of racing set against the striking Tuwaiq Mountains in Saudi Arabia: time trials, head-to-head duels and heats, which culminated in a four-lap, eight-car showdown.

🏆 and for were crowned the inaugural champions.

🎥 Coverage spanned over fifty territories, through partners including DAZN, TNT Sport, Fox and ESPN. It was a huge team effort but what a buzz to share this debut World Cup with global fans as host broadcaster.

It’s been a weekend to remember for the Aurora production teams. Delivering live broadcasts, highlights and digital storytelling across land, sea and sand.

As we wrap up five incredible years of Extreme E, we’re proud to have been part of a series that redefined off-road racing and sustainability in sport. The journey now evolves with and the launch of the Hydrogen E World Cup this Thursday. 🔋

has signed a historic multi-year deal with the .official to deliver the world’s first hydrogen-powered World Cup event.

The FIA Extreme H World Cup sits at the cutting edge of motorsport innovation, showcasing fuel cell technology as a clean energy solution. The inaugural World Cup, taking place in October, will test boundaries and continue to promote a level playing field in motorsport, with each team incorporating a male and female driver.

🎥 As long-standing host broadcast partner, Aurora is proud to bring this groundbreaking event to global audiences - carrying the story from Extreme E’s beginnings through to the new era of hydrogen racing.

🇸🇦 Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia, will host the inaugural FIA Extreme H World Cup. The action kicks off with a ‘final fling’ Extreme E Desert X Prix before the baton officially passes to Extreme H.

🏎️ – Motorsport history meets high-octane thrills as Silverstone comes alive with classic cars, iconic races, live music and family fun.

🏁 roars to KymiRing in Finland for the first time. As the penultimate race of the season, the stakes are high.

🏊🏻‍♀️🚴🏻🏃🏽‍♂️And dives into The Windy City, building on the success of last year as Supertri Chicago became one of the most widely viewed triathlon events of the year.

Our teams will be fully engaged in delivering a wide range of content across multiple platforms, working on location and from UK technical hubs.

This is a hugely inspiring line-up and what we love to do.

✨What an astonishing weekend for team Aurora – with a triple line-up of events, across three continents, including the launch of in Singapore. ✨

🏎️The Season 11 finale in London produced fantastic races with trophies awarded to Drivers, Teams and Manufacturers World Champions. of clinched victory in both races of the double-header, delivering a remarkable farewell performance for the team. took away the Driver’s Championship and Porsche secured both the Team’s and manufacturers’ titles.

⚽ Aurora delivered the global host broadcast for the first-ever event in Singapore - live on DAZN and YouTube across 200+ territories. A star-studded, high-octane format: 15-minute games, 7-minute halves, 95 matches in 3 days, and 196 goals scored. Big-name teams taking part included Corinthians, Borussia Dortmund, Leicester City, QPR, Shanghai Shenhua, Persib, and Hashtag United.🏆

🥇 returned in style in Toronto, with back to the top of the men’s triathlon podium and Belgium’s Jolien Vermeylen producing a brilliant performance to take victory in the women’s race on her Supertri debut.

To successfully deliver these three ground-breaking productions simultaneously involved an intricate web of remote productions, data packages, new graphics suites and of course our highly skilled and dedicated team on the ground doing what they do best.

🏁 What a weekend for in Berlin! The 2025 Berlin E Prix brought drama, speed and a champion crowned at the Tempelhof racetrack.

🎖️ Drivers’ Championship sealed:
powered his way to a fourth-place finish, earning enough points to clinch the 2024–25 Formula E world title for , making history for both driver and manufacturer.

achieved a momentous double victory as won the first race from pole position, while secured victory in the second race after starting from 20th place.

Our innovative remote setup integrates replay, audio and graphics into the live program output, with contributions from our on-the-ground team, across broadcast and digital platforms.

🎾NEW WORK ANNOUNCEMENT 🎾
As the ’s at get underway this weekend, we’re happy to announce that Aurora has been appointed Host Broadcast Partner in a multi-year deal.

For the first time in over 50 years, Queen’s will host a WTA 500 tournament, alongside its ATP 500 event, creating two incredible weeks of elite tennis this June.

Aurora will deliver live world feed coverage of both tournaments, showcasing stars like , , and to a global audience.
