Your real test shows up when challenge hits👇

Last night, my Zoom session didn’t go as planned. It took 10 minutes to connect, most people couldn’t join because links or passwords didn’t work, and some didn’t even receive the emails. The entire setup felt off.

I ended up live with a small group who had the direct invitation.

I ran the session with joy, yet I kept thinking of my old self, years ago, who would panic at the smallest sign of “things not going as planned.” That memory still lives in the body. It’s so deeply ingrained in the subconscious that when something similar happens, it instantly triggers panic, frustration, shame, guilt, the urge to hide or give up.

That familiar memory wins for most of us. Even if we say we’ve grown, learned, or achieved a new level. When things go wrong, our true growth (or lack of it) comes to light. THIS is the test.

Here’s the lesson: until we make the familiar UNFAMILIAR (the old self and her old ways), she will keep running the show. You’ll feel like you had no choice and call it “fate.” Took me long enough to learn that!

But there’s more. Until we make the unfamiliar FAMILIAR (your next level self, with her new ways of being, behaving, deciding), you won’t realize you do have a choice. And once you do, the old begins to dissolve, it’s still a part of you, but just a memory.

From there, you start looking at your old self with compassion. She served you once, but she doesn’t anymore. Then comes the moment of choice:

You ask yourself What would SHE do? SHE, the next-level version of you, with her expansive, trusting energy?

And then, you do that. You show up as her. Not once, not sometimes, but every single day until she becomes familiar. Until SHE is you. And you are HER.

Needless to say, last night’s session was all about embodying the Next Level Self and her vision: “Your NEXT LEVEL is here!” SHE truly was there.

Las astăzi cateva randuri aici, dar nu pentru tine, ci pentru EA.
EA, versiunea ta care iti șoptește deja de ceva vreme: „eu sunt pregătită pentru mai mult”.
Ea e femeia care știe că misiunea ei e mai mare decât frica, mai puternică decât îndoiala și mai luminoasă decât poveștile intiparite in minte, care au ținut-o in loc până acum.

E femeia care vrea să spună DA visurilor sale, fără să simtă ca există ceva care ii stă in cale. Care simte că impactul ei poate atinge mii de vieți. Care trăieste in adevărul că fiecare realizare uriasă a inceput cu un prim pas. Chiar si unul mic de tot!

The reason I love working with and surrounding myself with lots of women..

For years, I was a fierce competitor and I thought success meant standing out, competing, proving myself, creating a separation between myself and others..

And a decade long corporate journey reinforced the belief that space at the top was limited, that another woman’s win somehow diminished what was available for me. 
But what I’ve discovered since leaving the corporate world behind, 8 years ago, is the exact opposite.

When women come together, something extraordinary happens. It’s not just connection, it’s remembrance. 
We remember that we are not each other’s rivals, but eachother’s mirrors. 

That your light doesn’t dim mine, it amplifies it!
That my light does not dim yours, it expands and multiplies it!
We learn and grow through eachother’s journeys. 
That collaboration and hand-holding creates possibilities competition never could.

THIS is why I love surrounding myself with women. 

Because every single one of you remind me that transformation is possible, that big dreams are valid (contrary to what we might have learnt as girls), that softness is, in fact, strength, that courage can be quiet, and that power expressed with grace (my style 😉) can make a woman, unstoppable.

Because when one woman claims her truth and her worth, she gives silent permission for countless others to do the same. 
When one woman rises, her natural instinct is to look around and share gifts and abilities with others. 
To lift others in need. 
To make an impact BIGGER than herself. 

To BE the change she wants in the world.

Plus, it’s the rewriting of an unfair and deeply hurtful generational story. 
Our girls are watching! 

The ripple is infinite.

To be in the company of women is to witness miracles in motion. 
And it’s the greatest privilege of my life.

So grateful for you all!

Your wildest dream has a price!

But what is that price and how do you pay it?

Well, you might be tempted to believe that the price is hard work, effort, sacrificing time, money or health…

Let me offer you a new distinction.
The price is your OLD SELF.

And what’s the currency? 

That’s one thing and one thing only - COURAGE

Courage to take action (every day, no matter how small)

To make the decision (even when you have no evidence that it’s gonna work)

To let whatever no longer serves you, crumble - so that you let the new creation of yourSELF be built.

To leave behind those who are no longer aligned stay where they belong

To have those uncomfortable conversations

To put yourself, your needs, your dreams FIRST. Done with being second. Done with being ok with crumbs of leftovers.

To get up every day and remind yourself WHY you are doing this.

And if you feel this feels too big or too scary, let me tell you this: 

Courage is only uncomfortable when it’s not familiar  

If it’s not familiar, then this is your only job - to make it familiar. 
You’re NEVER gonna wake up one day and suddenly feel courageous and fearless, just by magic. You’ve got to go to the courage gym and build that muscle, my love. Start from zero, if that’s where you feel you are. But JUST START!!!

Some days in big steps, some days in small steps.
Some days in taking a deep breath and remind yourself that you GOT THIS! 

And in doing all of this, you pay your price, and you get to unwrap your NEW SELF, with love and excitement and gratitude, like every moment of your life is a Christmas morning and you have the most incredible gift in front of you. 
Because that’s exactly who you are for yourself, for life, for those around you and the world - a gift.

And in order to embrace the gift of your NEW SELF, you’ve got to surrender the familiarity of the OLD SELF. 

And if that gift comes with a price, SO BE IT!! It’s an insignificant price compared to its VALUE.

Vin catre voi cu o notificare / surpriza care s-a lasat asteptata de ceva vreme!
Cele dintre voi care ma urmariti sau imi cunosc munca, stiu ca una dintre uneltele de uriasa transformare din interior, folosita si ghidata de mine, este respiratia somatica (cu toate variatiile)

Beneficiile sale se extind catre intreaga noastra fiinta, minte, corp si suflet - de la eliberare emotionala, diminuarea durerilor fizice, reducerea simtomelor cauzate de stres si anxietate si pana la experiente transformationale in campul posibilitatilor unde accesam cele mai inalte vibratii, claritate, curaj, potential, incredere, deplinatate de traire.. 

Este unealta corpului nostru de a se vindeca, relaxa, de a-si gestiona starea interioara, sistemul nervos, emotiile, intensitatile de traire, etc.. 

Ce stiu eu despre voi toate este ca, daca sunteti aici si v-ati adunat in jurul meu, cu siguranta aveti misiuni mari si lucruri extraordinare de realizat si, de multe ori, ducem cu noi si tot felul de intensitati de traire care ne ingreuneaza sau incetinesc calatoria. 

Si nu mai vrei asta, asa-i?

Nu mai vrei sa simti ca frica, teama, indoiala, lipsa de claritate, lipsa de suport sau sprijin, sau orice alta traire interioara, iti sta in cale. 

Vrei sa simti curaj, indrazneala si incredere ca esti pe drumul tau si ca ai uneltele necesare sa iti continui calatoria. 

Aici vine surpriza. 
Vreau sa aduc catre voi sesiuni somatice cu respiratie, in care aducem intentia catre o astfel de provocare interioara.

Sesiunile sunt CADOU, doar pentru voi aici in comunitate, virtuale (pe Zoom) si se vor desfasura initial o data pe luna.

Prima sesiune va fi duminica 05.10 la ora 8:30!
(dimineata, stiu, dar daca vrem transformare, venim cu intentie deplina si lasam scuzele la usa!! 😉)

When we think we are done learning..

On Sunday, I was honoured to be on stage at Plan Big - Applied Spirituality Conference, alongside a group of fabulous humans and I was reminded once again that the journey never truly ends. 

Every single speaker shared something that felt like a reminder, a 1% towards a new perspective, or lit a spark I didn’t even know I needed, such as..

What it means to never settle for something smaller than you know you are capable of. 

How we can dance in life with the part of our inner being thay feels sometimes like an impostor..

How beautiful it is to acknowledge and accept that we are so much more that our physical body and how we can tap into our potential.

By giving our body the attention it needs, we start a chain reaction of goodness in our life

Closed doors are never the end, and how we can turn them into bigger opportunities 

Embracing and honouring our life purpose is the biggest gift we can give to ourselves and the world by allowing our full selves to play our game of life. What a great reminder!! 

It made me go back over every single decision that I made throughout my life with a feeling of “betting on myself”, even when there was no evidence, that it was going to work or even that it “made sense”.

The truth is, learning isn’t a box we check off and once we finish “school” we are done with it! It’s an initiation, again and again. 
We always take in new lessons and sometimes the same lessons over and over again until we let them integrate into our being, so they become part of who we are!

And when we allow learning to be an aligned experience, it stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like nourishment.

So, if you ever catch yourself thinking you’re “done,” stop. 
Because the very next lesson that you allow yourself to take in, could be the one that changes everything.

Thrilled and grateful to be part of such a fabulous line up of masters that made my own experience not just one of giving but also one of profound, wholehearted receiving! Thank you!!

Walk like the you just got a red carpet laid out just for you..
Speak as if every word carries magic and the world around you is leaning closer to listen.
Move like the screenplay of your life was written in your favor, because in reality, it is.

Your energy is magnetic.
Your confidence bends reality.

Some may call it arrogance.
Others may think it’s just a facade..

But here’s the truth: the women who believe that beauty, miracles and greatness are meant for them, they are the ones who create exactly that.. again and again.
Life conspires for them!

So here’s a thought for you today -

What if today you chose to believe that too?

What if you chose to trust that life loves you?..

What if you chose to stay in the conviction that EVERYTHING works in your favour?..

If you are new here, welcome to my virtual home, I am grateful to have you here! ❤  

I am a transformational coach for women and mindfulness guide, devoted to awakening in you truth and potential.

I walk alongside women who feel the stirrings of transformation to their core - leaders, visionaries, seekers who are ready to rise beyond fear and limitation and create lives aligned with their soul.

I am not here for surface-level change.  I am here to burn away illusions, release old patterns, and step unapologetically into their power.
