For Max vs 100, we didn’t just deliver the live audio broadcast for Disney+ and ESPN, we helped power the creator-led live streaming experience working alongside AfterPartyStudios.

Across YouTube, Twitch and Kick, we delivered 7 bespoke live streams alongside the broadcast, with 101 drivers mic’d up — including Max Verstappen.

Each stream was built around a custom iPad switching platform, giving producers the flexibility to vision mix on-site or remotely, while putting a huge amount of live production capability directly into the hands of each creator.

That included:

Front-facing & helmet reverse cameras
Producer-to-streamer in-ear comms
Live iPhone feeds
Live race leaderboard
Individual ultra-low-latency WebRTC multiview feeds
Picture-in-Picture options
Front-facing cameras from the other six streaming karts

We’re taking a look back at some of the moments throughout the years at Spiritland King’s Cross.

From expanding viewing positions for a studio client by making the most of the venue’s outdoor space, to recording a fantastic series for Belstaff presented by Reggie Yates, the studio has always been built around finding creative solutions.

We’ve seen Tom operating a de-rig gallery built right inside the Spiritland King’s Cross venue, and even during the pandemic, we adapted the studio to create socially distanced setups, keeping productions moving and entertaining content coming, even when the world was locked down.
