This wasn’t just a defeat it was a humiliation. The heaviest we’ve seen in years. And no, don’t point fingers at the technical crew. The blame lies squarely with the players.

They weren’t playing for Nigeria; they were playing for themselves. Chasing personal glory, desperate to impress scouts and agents, they forgot the golden rule football is a team sport. And Sudan punished them for it.

After this tournament, it’ll be a long, hard road before we see many of these faces in a Nigerian shirt again. This was more than a loss it was a total disaster.
