We turned 24 years old on Sunday 18th May. It's kinda unreal that this hobby of a publishing company has come so far and been part of the journey of so many authors. Huge thanks to our readers. Keep supporting us and look out for 25th year celebrations next year!!

It's here! Rachel Cleverly's deadpan dissection of modern living is set against a backdrop of bed bugs, boyfriends, remote job interviews and incisive introspection. Prickle is finely and effortlessly balanced, capable of extracting a laugh or smile through a deft turn in spite of the ever present sense of disquiet and unease; somehow managing to feel both completely anchored in the present moment and timeless in the same turn.

Poetry School are hosting the inaugural edition of Summit, a landmark ecopoetry, nature and climate writing festival. Across two days, Summit brings together some of the UK’s most celebrated writers for performances, workshops, surgeries, and panel discussions. Speakers include Rachael Allen, Simon Armitage, Khairani Barokka, Caroline Bird, Sean Borodale, Niall Campbell, Anthony Vahni Capildeo, JR Carpenter, Ella Duffy, Antony Dunn, Matthew Hollis, Matt Howard, Zaffar Kunial, Karen McCarthy Woolf, Helen Mort, Caleb Parkin, Alycia Pirmohamed, Yvonne Reddick, John Wedgwood Clarke, and John Whale. The festival will provide a vital space to consider how words, and worlds, are deeply and irrevocably connected, exploring what role poetry plays as we face up to immense biodiversity losses, habitat destruction, rising carbon emissions, and warming temperatures.
