Thank you SO much to everyone that came, I am loving meeting you all and sharing what we have created with you!!

This workshop really has become a time of bonding between mother and daughters, connecting with a ritual that has been around for centuries and having a moment of mindfulness 🧡

There is no such thing as overnight success, here are some images of what our bar looked like then compared to what we have now, what a journey!!

Every night before bed, Magic and I share 3 things that we were grateful for in the day…it’s literally the last conversation we have before we sleep 🙏🏽

Yesterday one of them was Magic saving the last bit of his ice cream for me, you know the best bit, Where the ice cream goes right to the bottom 🤤

It rewires your brain before you sleep and it can be the smallest thing, (which actually counts as the biggest)
