Welcome back to Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds — Janina Rozniak 🌿✨
With real joy, I’m welcoming Janina Rozniak back into the Gardens of Life journey — returning from our current exhibition into the January chapter, Silent Seeds.
Thank you for staying with this story and bringing your work into the quiet winter space again. 🤍🌱
Janina Rozniak – acrylic
A quiet field of green holds two slender grasses like a pause in the air. The painting speaks in restraint—about what remains standing when everything else has gone still. It is a small hymn to endurance, to the seed’s patience, and to the soft strength that grows unseen.

See you in January at POSK Gallery, London.

Season’s Greetings from ArTToDo ✨🌿

As the year gently closes, I want to send warm wishes to everyone who has been walking with ArTToDo — artists, visitors, friends, and all quiet supporters of art.

Thank you to all artists who have taken part in the Gardens of Life journey — from English Edition and Golden Connections to Silent Seeds — for your trust, your presence, and for bringing your work into this shared winter space.
A special thank you goes to those returning for the second or third time within the Gardens of Life cycle — your continued participation is a kind of living thread, and it means more than I can say.

And yes — to me as well: may the New Year bring more calm, good people, and the kind of strength that grows softly, like roots under snow. 🌱

I’m also looking ahead with gratitude to our extension week, titled “Inner Songs” — where some of the Golden Connections and Silent Seeds artists will continue the story a little longer, letting the quiet deepen and unfold.

🌿 Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds — Winter Exhibition 2026
POSK Gallery, London (Hammersmith)

I’m sharing the poster with participating artists’ names — please note that both posters may still slightly change, as we are finalising a few last confirmations.

With love and gratitude,
Jola Mroszczyk / ArTToDo 🤍

🌿 Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds / Inner Songs – welcoming back Elvira Ismagilova.

With warmth, we welcome Elvira back to ArTToDo — returning after Golden Connection and joining us again for the January chapter of Gardens of Life.🌿 Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds / Inner Songs

In Silent Seeds, we listen for what grows without noise — for the quiet strength hidden beneath the surface.
Elvira joins this chapter with two paintings from the Inner Music series, where sound becomes a doorway into the inner landscape.

Her figures — absorbed in playing the violin or piano — are not portraits of performers, but portraits of states of being: those rare moments when attention turns inward and something fragile begins to take form. Colour moves like breath, rhythm shapes the space, and the presence of music becomes visible through gesture and light.

These works hold the viewer in a gentle suspension: between appearance and dissolution, between feeling and naming — like seeds that already know how to become a garden, even before we see the first green.

• Inner Music I — Oil on canvas, 44 × 55 cm
• Inner Music V — Oil on canvas, 50 × 61 cm

Thank you, Elvira, for bringing this quiet, luminous intensity into Gardens of Life — and for letting inner sound become a shared place. 🌙✨

✨ Golden Connection — one week after

A week has passed since Golden Connection closed — and I’m still carrying its light.

This exhibition reminded me why Gardens of Life exists:
to create a space where art is not just “shown”, but felt, met, and held — like a living conversation between people, stories, cultures, and inner landscapes.

🌿 What Gardens of Life is about

Gardens of Life is a cyclical exhibition project — not a single event, not one theme, not one season.
Each edition is a new chapter, but all chapters share the same roots:
• human presence (what we carry, what we survive, what we become)
• nature as language (plants, seasons, seeds, decay, renewal — as metaphors and truth)
• quiet processes (growth under the surface, unseen change, healing, memory)
• connection (between artworks, between artists, between the viewer and themselves)

Golden Connection was about warmth, dignity, human closeness — the kind that doesn’t shout, but stays.

🤝 Why collaboration matters here

I want these exhibitions to be more than a list of names.
I want artists to meet, exchange, support each other, and build real bonds — because art grows stronger in community.

And yes — I also want a respectful connection with me as a curator and organiser.
This project is built with enormous care, time, and responsibility — and it can only grow when we treat each other as partners, not as transactions.

🌱 What’s next

We are now moving into the winter chapter:
Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds (Jan 2026, POSK Gallery, London)
— a space for stillness, dormancy, and the invisible forces that keep life alive when everything looks quiet.

Thank you to every artist and every visitor who brought presence, patience, and kindness into this garden.
If you were part of Golden Connection — your work stays with us.
If you are joining Silent Seeds — welcome home to the next chapter.

More updates soon. 🌿✨

🌿✨ Welcome to Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds — Winter Exhibition 2026 ✨🌿
Please join me in welcoming Samiya Younis to this season’s chapter of Silent Seeds at POSK Gallery, London.

Samiya brings a trio of oil paintings that move through stillness, introspection, and the quiet work of renewal — those moments when life seems paused, yet something inside continues to soften, transform, and begin again.

In Silence (2023), a pink rose resting on a white pillow becomes an intimate meditation on fragility and the passing of time — a gentle invitation to breathe and listen.
In Self Portrait with Flowers (2022), the figure turns inward, surrounded by blooms that speak of transience and resilience — a portrait of quiet presence rather than performance.
And in Redemption (2023), hands held in prayer cradle a dying rose: surrender and tenderness, loss and healing, held together as one living threshold.

These works echo the spirit of Silent Seeds — the unseen forces beneath the surface, and the hope that can remain alive even in the most silent season.

🕯️🌱 Welcome to the Gardens of Life community, Samiya — thank you for bringing your tenderness and clarity. 🤍

Welcome to Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds — Winter Exhibition 2026,
✨ Liying Zhao. 🌱✨

Liying joins Silent Seeds with intimate acrylic paintings — Withered Lotus and Daisy — where realism gently leans into surreal space. These small works carry a quiet tension: a flower in the act of withering becomes movement, and the painted “frame within the frame” turns into a symbol of boundary, inner feeling, and the private architecture of memory.

In this winter chapter, Liying’s paintings remind us that even the smallest image can hold a whole season — and that stillness is often where renewal begins.
Thank you for being part of Silent Seeds, Liying — we’re so happy to welcome your work into this winter chapter. 🌱

Welcome to Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds — Winter Exhibition 2026 ✨🌱
We’re honoured to introduce Vladimir Zhdanov, whose work explores stillness, suspension, and the unseen transformations that happen beneath the surface—when the outer world grows loud, and the inner world enters its own “winter.”

In Parasomnia (graphite on paper), the figure is held at the threshold between sleep and waking—frozen in a moment that feels impossibly long. It’s a powerful image of sleep paralysis: tension and vulnerability, the strange clarity of awareness, and the world refusing to move. This is “silent seeds” as lived experience—quiet waiting, inner search, and the fragile beginning of renewal.

In imago99, the noise of notifications and constant demands lingers like husks of a former life — and the figure becomes a symbol of metamorphosis: from being ruled by urgency to simply existing again. In I say drown, vulnerability is honoured as truth: emotional exhaustion, the right to stop performing resilience, and the fragile meeting point between external expectation and inner silence.

These works remind us: silence is not giving up — it’s where unseen growth begins. 🌑🌱

Welcome, Vladimir—thank you for bringing this depth and honesty into the exhibition. 🌱

Welcome back to Gardens of Life: Silent Seeds 🌿
We’re delighted to welcome returning artist ✨Rowan Vuglar back to the exhibition, presenting a series of five paintings that embody an essence of hope, renewal, and the human condition.

Rowan’s works feel like quiet returns to what’s green and sustaining—a retreat from the real world, where the mind can breathe and begin again. Today we welcome Rowan Vuglar to the exhibition with a submission of five paintings—a gentle constellation of images carrying an essence of hope, renewal, and the tender complexity of the human condition.

With a pared-back, graphic clarity and a contemplative stillness, Rowan’s paintings suggest a refuge: places where the outer world falls quiet and something within us can soften, reset, and quietly regrow. These works invite a pause—an attentive looking—towards what remains alive, even when the season turns.
So happy to welcome you back, Rowan— and to meet this luminous keeper of seeds.
