Call of the Jaguar - September 29th 🐆Revered by the ancient Maya, the Jaguar is the largest and most powerful creature of the rainforest, a totemic symbol of strength. Aligning with the Jaguar in traditional ancient ritual encouraged participants to “become one” with these qualities. Call of the Jaguar is a modern day sound ritual inspired by Shamanic traditions, a multi sensory experience with meditative sound recordings, drum journey, gong and crystal singing bowl resonance. Everyone can use some Jaguar power 🐆

Lana Del Rey embodies so many archetypal facets of the Major arcana and certainly the narrative and recently more confessional nature of her lyrics illuminate all aspects of the hero’s journey. Here she is at her Paris show last night holding the star card, a very significant one that represents her rise over the years. I’ve always felt she embodies aspects of all the Queens from each suit. The fire of wands, lyrics that cut through like swords, the earthy sensuality of pentacles and the deep emotional waters of cups. I think the over riding one is perhaps the energy of cups … what do you think? •
