Why does Hardeep always push for commercial valuations? 🤔

Once a property has been reworked to function as a mixed use, it stops acting like a standard residential home. Its purpose and income changes, and the asset moves into a different category. From Hardeep's perspective, mixed use schemes should be assessed on the income they produce now and the purpose they've been rebuilt for (not what they used to be).
