Dear family, friends and esteemed colleagues of Martin,

It is with great sadness that we are writing to let this community know, after a year long brave battle with cancer, Martin passed away in the early hours of Friday morning.

As some of you may already know he experienced a rapid and unexpected decline in his health over the last week. He left this world peacefully surrounded by his close family and loved ones.

Martin meant many things to many people and touched countless lives. He was a loving father, devoted husband, passionate jazz enthusiast, advertising legend, marathon aficionado, loyal friend and mentor, to name just a few. His love, courage, friendship, passion, bravery, and talent will leave their mark on this world for years to come.

In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that you make a donation to The Royal Trinity Hospice in Martin’s honour. https://www.royaltrinityhospice.london/Appeal/donate-now

We are extremely grateful for the large outpouring of love, care, and support. It has brought us as a family much comfort to see the scale of impact Martin had during his lifetime - from those he knew well to those who only knew him for a short while. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you.

It is comforting to know that he is finally at peace continuing to live his best life, just on the other side.

With very best wishes,

Leslie, Sabrina, and Camila

Our album Pauses in Shades was released two weeks ago, and we wanted to share a small ray of light during these times.

We were overwhelmed by the heartfelt responses from listeners all over the world, as well as the wonderful reviews in newspapers, magazines, and blogs.
A huge thank you to all of you! It means so much to us.

Special thanks to for the exceptional PR and to our label for the support.

Elaine Delmar 🔥 Released by Ubuntu Music

'The project was conceived to highlight Elaine’s interpretations of songs from across her long and illustrious career. The musical arrangements were all written for her by many of her great collaborators over the years. The intimate nature of the recording stunningly demonstrates Elaine’s unique approach to the art of the song. Speak Low brings the arrangements to life in a fresh and exciting way. As Elaine explains, her band is her ‘musical family’ and this closeness and depth of mutual understanding can be clearly heard in these recordings.'
