Funny enough, till today many people still live with that lie......

I just filled my tank with creamy matched potatoes topped with diced tomatoes/vegetables, garnished with fresh herbs, surrounded by a savory gravy sauce and chicken breast. I for like go sleep like dis cus body dey heavy me,🤷
