Grateful as always to be part of it. We laughed a lot, worked non-stop and made some beautiful content together.
This year I worked across two main sets:

🎬 The Studio.
We filmed classes, interviews and sessions every day, back to back for various products.
We built a studio from scratch with two custom made walls and a window. We wanted the space to look and feel as natural as possible so we set up a light outside the window to simulate the sun and the classic 3-point lighting as our starting point, then added in more lights and tools to create a soft, cinematic look.

🏆Winner Interviews.
In the evenings, we interviewed some of the winners — right after they picked up their Lions.
We really wanted to celebrate their moment with something fun so what we did we set up a red carpet just outside the Lumière (which everyone loved for their own photos!) and added a confetti machine (why not?).

Massive thank you to everyone who helped us on various shoots especially the Lions, Enfield and Warc teams, the French film crew .berteaux , and of course my team... this crazy, brilliant bunch that brings good energy to everything.

🎬 Team Bangkok 2025! Always fun shooting content at Money 2020 Asia.

Big thank you to Grace Kelliher for the production and the amazing Money20/20 Asia team for the flawless organization and for trusting our creative vision.

One of the partners we interviewed looked around our setup and said, “Wow, this looks like one of those Netflix documentaries.” — and that’s exactly the reaction we aim for! 😎

We had the chance to interview an incredible mix of people, across all levels of seniority. They didn’t just share insights about their businesses and products — they opened up about their personal goals too.
One founder told us how, after three years of building his startup, he’s finally ready for more work-life balance. Another shared his excitement about training for an upcoming triathlon race.

Everyone has a different story — and it was a privilege to help bring those stories to life through this production.

Some frames and BTS stills from the Lions gMBA with Fernando Machado - a project that's kept me (and the team) busy these past few months and is now slowly being released.

We filmed 11 masterclass modules and 20+ interviews around the world with some  truly incredible creatives. Fernando had this vision of doing the interviews in an Anthony Bourdain-style — and that got me really excited!

Our approach was to find the balance between the professional and the personal aspects of the conversation ensuring we could capture the special relationship between Fernando and his guests. So we mixed it up: run-and-gun shots to keep things energetic and spontaneous, and more composed setups when diving deep into the campaigns.

Each interview kicks off casually — a walk in the park, a coffee shop chat, a stroll through the streets of NYC, London, Sydney, Miami… even a BBQ in Mexico City. Just like friends catching up. That setup let us tap into the real, untold stories behind some truly iconic work.

The modules followed the same tone: authentic, relaxed, and exclusive and everything from lighting, lenses and props had to reflect that. And Megha’s beautiful visual branding tied it all together perfectly.

It's been an incredible ride, packed with hard work, creative energy, great people and a lot of fun.

Massive thank you to everyone who brought this to life — the incredible Studios team, the Lions Learning crew and of course, the one and only Fernando. It’s been a joy working alongside you!

This week, we launched the latest course from Lions Learning, Lions gMBA, and what a ride it’s been so far! I’m currently directing, shooting, and editing this one, and it’s been an incredible experience—especially working alongside an industry legend like Fernando Machado. His professional and personal connections with other industry greats make this project truly special.

Our goal? To capture some of that relationship and some Magique (see one of the images below!) and bring an exclusive look into some incredible campaigns.

We’re still deep in the process, but happy to share some BTS moments and frames from the project so far—and there’s much more to come!

Last week, celebrated the best of European creativity, and I had the privilege of filming some of the content for the awards show. From filming the juries announcing the Grand Prix winners to shooting insightful panels discussing the winning campaigns. I also had the chance to film the amazing people and agency S&B behind the silent Doritos campaign (and yes, that included me posing with a giant bag of Doritos!).
Congrats to the whole team that put the show together ,Simon Charles , Lisa Evernden , Ciaran Page , and the incredible Lions /Eurobest team for the support! Let's go 🙌🎥

🎥🎬 Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to work on the new brand film leading up to the festival. We spent three days shooting in our new office, using both the studio and a meeting room to recreate various scenes from different angles and times of the day. The goal was to light the scenes to reflect morning daylight, evening and night, and making sure continuity across different shots (top, front and back).

We used the .lighting Nova 300x to simulate a light coming through a window, the 600x with a spotlight to cast sun rays or moonlight on the back wall or desk creating unique shapes, the .europe 120D as a key light for daylight scenes and another 120D bouncing off the ceiling to subtly fill the room. We also changed the bulbs of those lamps with .lighting Aputure BC7 lights to give us full control over the intensity.

In the studio, we rigged the camera to the ceiling for a top-down desk shot, adding F400bi to softly fill the space and, of course, the Aputure spotlight to add shapes on the desk.

I loved how much creativity we were able to achieve just by shaping the light and setting the mood in each scene.

Here I am at Nice Airport, flight delayed (of course!), giving me time to reflect on the amazing festival last week. What an incredible experience!
I spent the entire week on the terrace, interviewing the best of the best for cMBA, shooting for the Digital Pass and catching up with some of the award winners for the Awards team. Filming on the terrace is special, but it also presents some challenges. It's very dark in the morning and extremely bright in the afternoon, so we had to constantly adapt and change our setup in relation to the sun. 
We used three very powerful lights to balance the sun, three cameras for medium shots, close-ups, and a wide shot on a jib to capture that fantastic view. In the end, it really added the wow factor for every person we interviewed.

A massive shoutout to the Lions team for putting together another spectacular festival, the team for supporting and helping organizing these productions, and our amazing French crew for their help with camera kit hire, crew, and furniture. What a crew to work with!
Can't wait to do it all over again next year. 🦁

All set and ready for 🎥🎬

This will be my 7th time at the festival and from what I heard it's gonna be incredible this year! I’ll be at the Terrace Studio all week with some of the gang, shooting a lot of cool projects and I’m really looking forward to that.

Pictures are from last year’s "Career in the Making" project. A project that gives a platform to creatives with powerful stories to share. Great to see this has now become a regular format at Cannes and in our regionals.

I look forward to seeing many familiar faces and meeting new people. Cannes Lions 24, let’s do this! 🦁🎬🌞

We shot a piece of content this week for a new exciting Lions project! We filmed on the terrace of the HQ in Blackfriars, with an epic view of London. Shooting outdoors always presents its challenges like unpredictable weather, noise, and always hoping to find a power source somewhere for your kit but just in case I turned up with a lot of batteries, 2 portable lights, a reflector, 2 fx3 cameras, a boom mic, and a lav mic... everything I could really.  In the end, the shoot went super smooth and It was really amazing to meet Rory Sutherland. His storytelling skills and passion are infectious, I could listen to him talking all day and he knows stuff about everything 😀 . Rory, Thank you for making this happen.

Thanks Lucy and Kieron for your help on the shoot. Bonus point for the Italian coffee with that view.
