Dolby Soho Final Project Screening! ⁠

In May, we launched our first Dolby Atmos Mixing for Music course, hosted by Award-winning engineer James Auwarter. Last night, the students completed their studies with a fantastic showcase at Dolby Soho of the projects they've been meticulously working on. ⁠

We thoroughly enjoyed today's lecture on 'Synthesis' and the widespread impact it has had on popular music.⁠
⁠
Today, Jason O'Bryan taught a lesson on synthesis to our Music Production students. Throughout it, he discussed the origins of the Jupiter 8. And explored Duran Duran's critically acclaimed hit, "Save A Prayer." A famed song that served as a benchmark for synths in popular music. Its technicoloured sound offered a glimpse into the future and has inspired many pop songs today. ⁠
