The Lynch International School of Dance The Lynch International School of dance runs regular salsa classes every Sunday in Stratford and Monday in Ilford.

We also offer introductory classes in Social Foxtrot, Rumba, Jive, Cha-Cha-Cha and the Waltz. Our aim is to help you develop your confidence, balance, co-ordination, agility, fitness and health as well as to enable you to network, socialise and have some fun too!!! You don't need a dance partner, just come along and join in the class!!! The Lynch International School of Dance also offers private l

essons, dance performances, children's dance classes, dance lessons for people with mental health, lessons for senior citizens and we run workshops too. We are also happy to visit your venue or place of work.
